The convertible bonds are all offset by the calls IDCC owns and the $460 million principal IDCC will pay back in cash.  There wasn't any share increase due to convertible bonds with the 2024 bonds that were recently settled.  The 500,000 share dilution was due to the warrants IDCC issued with them.
