Not bizarre at all, IMO. They are smart. That's why they're doing it like they are. Using shares costs the company nothing. Loans add to the companies debt and cost more money in interest payments. And now there will be cries that it's unfair to the shareholders to do it that way. I disagree.

Health care is not exactly loved or even liked by many. But this is not the way.
