Augyva Mining Resources Inc. ("Augyva or the Company") (TSX VENTURE:AUV) reports
that John L. Knowles has resigned from the board of directors of the Company,
effective April 1, 2013 in order to concentrate on his other business interests.
Mr. Knowles has served as a director since August 2011 and the board wishes to
thank him for his invaluable contributions as a director and as chairman of the
Audit Committee as well as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating
Committee.


The Augyva board plans not to immediately seek to fill the vacancy created by Mr
Knowles resignation and has elected Mr. Farhad Abasov to the Audit Committee and
Mr. Michael Skutezky to the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee,
effective immediately. Both Mr. Abasov and Mr. Skutezky are directors of the
Company.


Augyva also announces that together with Century Iron Mines Corporation,
Augyva's joint venture partner on the Duncan Lake Iron Project, it has filed
with the Quebec government instructions to change Duncan Lake Iron Project
claims to an ownership of 35% Augyva and 65% Century Iron Mines Corporation. The
ownership change is consistent with completion by Century Iron Mines Corporation
of its previously announced expenditures to earn-in to 65% ownership of the
Duncan Lake Iron Project. 


Recently a Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Duncan Lake Iron Project was
completed and was news released on March 22, 2013; an NI43-101 compliant
technical report by Met-Chem Canada Inc. is expected to be filed on SEDAR within
45 days following March 22, 2013. The news release can be found at Augyva's
