life.
Clearford first became active in the Indian
market in 2010 and the entry into West Bengal completes the first
phase of Clearford's India strategy with local capable partners
identified and actively pursuing regional private and public
opportunities in all four geographic zones (North, South, East and
West).
Clearford has also developed a strong working
relationship with Engineers India
Ltd (EIL), one of the leading design and engineering
organizations in South Asia.
Together EIL and Clearford have focused on delivering services to
the Government of India and are currently negotiating the details
of a pilot project in Metro New Delhi. This geographic segmentation
strategy has resulted in the development of a large pipeline of
projects in Bangalore,
Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurgaon and now Kolkata.
Beginning in 2013, and in cooperation with
Lakepoint Builders Pvt. Ltd. a subsidiary of the Hiranandani Group,
at their Villas at Devanahalli development in Bagalore, a Clearford

to monitor performance of each tank daily. Results of this
