As BTQ dropped so much, there's a lot less chatter, but the mood is still upbeat. Both made a nice recovery today.

QeM is in the right place at the right time. I do think for sure they will have another moment or two in the sun no matter what.
If they can build smartly, keep share structure tight and bring some more innovation into the retail enduser market soon rather than later that could be dynamite. At these prices it is well worth taking a position, which I have done.

I'd love to see IBM buy them, but on their own they could do very well. Market sentiment will carry them forward for awhile .Aerospace is my longer play and gets the bulk of my investment capital, though.

I had and traded QBTS multiple times. Market cap here will reach obscene amount 5-8 years time. AI will move into Quantum Computing and rightfully so. They haven't even scratched the surface.

Pretty sure our future is bright. But, there's massive euphoria from astute folks on ceo.ca that aren't pumpers. Some links to info and DD. Wish I had more of it, but not gonna chase it. I'm not even sure I'm comprehending all that I'm reading, but it may be that BTQ will be massive.

QNCCF has better leverage than BTQ at this point. BTQ spikes are always followed by a sell off, with the next spike going higher than the last. BTQ might sell off Thursday, offering a chance to hop in cheaper than today's closing PPS. But, adding steadily to QNCCF and simply holding for a year or so will be life changing. With steady revenue growth, it is a winner, but we could also wake up one day and see it has been bought for $20 or more. Much more. Bottom line, hold this for one or the other.

I had BTQQF at one point, decided to route to this one, I have been here a while now, was reading on Yahoo message board about the technology, decided to hold for at least 2 years.

Closed at 6.48.. touched 6.76 !!!!!!!--I got in Monday at 5.11.. all smiles. Wish I got more. But QNC's time will come to fly again....

I now have 9k shares here, ave 1.23...thanks to you and some others, and then DD. But a poster here alerted me to BTQQF. Check it out if you haven't--I'm guessing you have..... it's not as early, and hit almost $7 today..I got a measly 500sh at 5.11 just Monday.

As long as the company ( any company) seems to be moving forward properly, I will often exploit any dip to improve my position. it's when they start losing their focus that I become wary, like with KULR. Fine to build a crypto Treasury and all, but I feel in the short term they have lost their way. At the right price I may retake a position, but not yet.

Market sentiment may take QeM soaring to a new high and sure, I' ll take that ride, but I' ll be watching like a true hawk and liquidate if they act like they are getting too full of themselves.

Can't wait to see what this coming week brings.

It's late so this will just highlight a few notes that I captured during the AGM call.

CEO Dr Francis Bellido (FB) started with the key accomplishments from 2024-2025. Clearly confident in the work that has been done to reach this stage of the business.

Referenced the successful financing which has allowed the company to quickly advance their targeted activities.

Discussed the partnerships with Krown (referenced the Feb news release that the crypto wallet protype reduced risk of loss by 98% and that before the end of the year we should see the wallet generating revenue for the partnership. Further he discussed that QeM should receive chip production from TSMC by Sept or October which they will start using for the Krown partnership (crypto cold wallet) and with other players.

Spoke to Greybox/Becton Dickinson alliance - highlighted that Greybox recently announced the 1st commercial sale of their tele-therapeutics' solution, and he also indicated that they are expecting to announce further updates (most likely sales from the GB/BD alliance soon).

Established QeM America with key hiring and mentioned that business development activities have commenced in earnest (later commented that he expects to see sales in this market this year).

Spoke to the global cybersecurity/looming quantum threats -- framing the multi-billion planned spending as a reference point for the scope of the market opportunity for participants like QeM (offering state of the art peerless cybersecurity--my interpretation).

FB shared a slide discussing the QRNG2's direction indicating that there are multiple applications and hardware configurations targeted (USB stick, PC/server card, HSM-datacenter appliance, CMOS microchip). Will note from last week's CEO chat, FB indicated that there is interest in expanding the CMOS chip beyond QRNG functionality alone to include a complete cybersecurity package within a compact chip. The question was asked how the QeM chip compares in size to Toshiba's and IDQ's photonic QRNGs on a chip (referenced 2mm x 2mm) - FB indicated that the QeM package is comparable in size. He further noted that size isn't the key consideration as QeM's solution provides key advantages in speed/functionality*.* FB also mentioned that they are working towards both NIST and FIPS certification which will give them global acceptance amongst governmental prospects (from the CEO chat FB suggested 6-12mths for NIST cert -- could be shortened if national security interest make this a priority --my interpretation).

Someone mentioned that another company has a QRNG that uses e-tunneling (believe this is an Australian company from my research), the question of IP protection was raised since QeM has worldwide patents on the e-tunneling approach for the QRNG. FB mentioned that they are keen to monitor and protect their IP stable. They have a lock on the e-tunneling effect and will maintain a close watch.

Shared a slide on Product Development Status. Depicted Sentry-Q for healthcare as the most mature product fully commercialized along with the cloud-based Entropy as a service product (focused towards Communcation, Cryptography and gaming). eWallet for Defi/Crypto is close to commercialization (but again requires the production of the CMOS chip). The HSM for Ultra Speed Data Streaming (data center co-located platform) is in the design phase - (note, from the May Equity Offer Prospectus the military focused version of the HSM is targeted for mid-year 2026) -- focused on Military, ballistics, neuromedicine. The business-focused version of the HSM (noted in a NR last fall) was placed in a Vantage datacenter but probably still undergoing software development.

FB shared a slide speaking to the QeM difference -- the uniqueness of the QRNG2 utilizing e-tunneling and the strong synergies for quantum defense that no one else competitively offers at this point. This flowed into another chart that highlighted the January announcement from Palo Alto Networks leading the effort to establish a QRNG Open API. Clearly there is an appreciation that integrating localized randomness as a key element for forward looking PQC requires reducing friction points for integration of new features and functionality into legacy systems. FB noted QeM is ahead of the curve and Palo Alto's focus serves to highlight that QeM has been prescient in their efforts.

Final slide focused on Key Objectives and Catalyst for the next 12 months.

NIST and FIPS 140-x certification

NASDAQ - only point from FB is that this is strategic but will happen when the business is established to the point that it makes sense to apply (i.e. substantial, consistent revenues flowing-- ensuring financial success and share price support for a quality application--my comment).

Sales of QeWallet - expected once chips are produced (roughly 3Q).

Further deploy and exploit Sentry-Q in diversified verticals

Increase sales in Telemedicine & RPM (remote patient monitoring).

CMOS QRNG chipset partnership

HSM first working prototype

Continue building the team (bus dev, engineers).

Some take aways from the general discussion.

Expect to see incoming news about resources (business development teams) focused on both Europe and Asia Pacific. Also, FB mentioned that they will have a PR person coming onboard very soon.

Of course, the highlight of the meeting followed FB receiving notice that QeM stock trading halted -- this opened the door to FB sharing that the PINQ testing results are affirmative -- the introduction of QeM's QRNG to a cybersecurity solution basically renders brick wall quantum attacks ineffective. My observation -- it probably won't be apparent to many upfront, but this is an inflection point for QeM given they have now demonstrated diverse commercial viability via the Quantolio and now Greybox licensing deals complemented by the singular distinction of validated quantum resistance. QeM's ISO-27001 certified platform is clearly first in class as a cybersecurity option.

Dr Bellido discussed how all of the things they have accomplished capped by the PINQ results have (in his estimation) greatly raised the value of the company and in essence makes them a buyout target for a larger company.

Will close with this as a consideration -- it is likely that QeM has been approached by interested parties given the unique and valuable nature of the IP. During the CEO chat last week FB also reference being very interested in M&A (whether via an equity buy-in) by a larger entity or via a buyout offer. Clearly the company is considering all options, but we should reasonably expect that any offers brought to the negotiating table have to be above the 2021 top valuation of $3.5B. This analysis took place 4 years ago and did not account for the existing product portfolio (Sentry-Q, QxEaaS, cold wallet, hot wallet, HSM nor the company receiving ISO-27001 certification and quantum-resistance validation). The next 6-to-12 months should be very, very interesting for long QeM shareholders as more products commercialize, business development ramps and diverse revenue streams accrue.

Certainly, I probably missed or errored in my notes so feel free to add or correct as appropriate--we are more powerful together.

THEY ARE SMART.

They've been building a product line that businesses and governments can use today, right now . And easily, minimum disruption to regular flow of business.

Their CEO just bought 150,000 shares from the open market at around 2.50 US or so to add to his already large cache. They've been buying up smaller companies that support their core thrust and they'll be uplisting soon...app filed in February.

They do not carry much of a debt load at all and their OS is very reasonable

Plenty to like . I'm up over 100% on my early purchased lots.

(Btw, I had deleted my post to you because I really wanted to rewrite it. Have no clue how it ended up back in reality. Weird.)

Anyway, what really seems to be driving up interest and momentum is that apparently large corps, quasi- national corps and governments who want to go deep into crypto have been terrified by vulnerabilities that were not seen a couple of years ago, but from which they all need the best security possible before moving forward .

Being in a partnership with IBM told me they at least had something very interesting on the table in this regard . Even if they were young and vulnerable themselves as a new company, IBM. Would give them good cover until they got up to speed.

Honestly, I'm still calculating which companies have the best shot longer term but right now they're all in the running. I have some Qubt and more than my fair share of BTQ. This is fun.

Anyway, back to number crunching and researching. I will share anything worth while that I come up with.

Yes, QNC has had a similar run up, but its mkt cap is 2-8% the size of the others. And, from what I'm reading from people who know a lot more than me, and are not pumpers, the potential here is in the billions.

I have the same 1.21. I will try to get more info as well. I'll post here if I do.. I do think they have the state of the art system ...which is what got me into this in the first place .

I'm not active on this board, but yes Reddit and Twits have more users following the company.

Have been in since last year, still accumulating till this day. I see it as a very promising quantum play, despite the massive price lag behind related symbols. They're not building a quantum computer like others, instead it's a chip aimed at cyber security. The CMOS aspect allows for integration with existing technology, whereas it appears that a photonic QNRG would complicate integration. QNC isn't going the photonic route, their solution is unique.

Now, this company is essentially shifting gears from research to commercialization. TSMC is handling fabrication, which I feel is great. They're the leader in foundries, with Intel and Samsung behind. Not to say there aren't risks with a small company, but I'm willing to take a chance.

Summary thoughts from the AM chat session with Dr. Francis Bellido:

The CEO continues to demonstrate quiet confidence in the strategy and progress towards achieving all of the targets listed in the prospectus for 2025 (wisely during the call he made no promises). He indicated that we should see additional product commercialization through 2H25, he expressed a clear focus on targeting the SE Asia market with resources (read that as boots on the ground working opportunities), he was asked about a focus on the Canadian Military-- he responded affirmatively and then added that the US Military should be considered a similar area of focus. Someone asked about the operational burn rate (cash spend), he stated that they have $24M in cash (well-funded) but that the burn would increase as they plan more hiring (he also commented that more funds were readily available if needed). Dr. Bellido indicated that QeM is targeting to be cash flow positive by 2026 which suggests that he is very confident in the sales prospects.

As many have commented on NASDAQ/uplisting, there was no perspective offered on that topic during the call. Critically, QeM has to achieve solid sustainable revenue (and preferably profitability) prior to considering an uplist to a US exchange. In order to attract institutional volume, the company can't transition to a major US exchange and expect the stock to perform well without the backing of solid financials. Revenue is the threshold to multiple threads of opportunity.

As QeM is establishing market awareness in the sensitive area of cybersecurity -- personally based on business dev experience, have not expected to see sales-related announcements until 6-9mths post Sentry-Q commercialization (which would be now through the summer -- at the earliest). However, the crypto cold wallet (as a less complicated product) is more likely an easier sell that may see uptake fairly quick once available.

Not discussed but worth commenting that the OEM chip is in for production with TSMC (prototyping, testing, design revisions, validation all the front-end work is complete which was a huge hurdle). FB mentioned that they will have the OEM chip in for NIST certification which is essential for reaching a broad audience (he suggested that it could take 6-12 months for certification), but keep in mind that it could be shorter depending on governmental support/pressure to see this move forward as a National Security Priority.

Worth a reminder that Sentry-Q is already ISO 27001 certified which makes it HIPA compliant for healthcare solutions -- suspect we will hear more in this space before the end of 2025.

One last item of note - FB when asked about the possibility of M&A seemed open to the potential for interested parties to join in, however, it wasn't clear whether he is interested in selling in the near term for the "right price", but he did say joining with another company to advance/accelerate their work through gaining faster access to markets and resources via another entity is definitely on the table.

Take away for this one investor was continued optimism for OeM's near future and appreciation for a company and leader that remain focused, offering no puffery, just facts and continuing to deliver towards the fundamentals.

The only thing that this is highly manipulated just buy slow and steady and build a position, you also have to consider the major geopolitical situations around the globe especially the Middle East, otherwise this is good bet for mid to long term horizon.

Par value here is undeniable, this is very awesome hold and will reach multiple billions in the coming years.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang is growing more bullish about quantum computing — and he expects they'll start solving real-world problems in the coming years.

"Quantum computing is reaching an inflection point," Jensen declared during his keynote speech at Nvidia's GTC Paris developer conference Wednesday.

Quantum computers are machines that use the laws of quantum mechanics to solve problems too complex for classical computers, which store information in bits (ones and zeroes).

Quantum computers use quantum bits, or "qubits," which can be zero, one or something in between — the aim being to process much larger volumes of data to facilitate breakthroughs in areas like medicine, science and finance.

Quantum has been a buzzy space for investors with the rise of several popular stocks, such as Rigetti Computing and IonQ, which on Monday acquired Oxford Ionics for $1.1 billion. Shares of Rigetti and IonQ were up 4.5% and 3.7% respectively in U.S. premarket trading.

Huang on Wednesday said he's been impressed with the "large community" of quantum computing companies within Europe, adding that he'd met with representatives of French quantum startup Pasqal on Tuesday night.

"We are within reach" of being able to apply quantum computers "in areas that can solve some interesting problems in the coming years," Huang added, as he talked up Nvidia's own hybrid quantum-classical computing solution, Cuda Q. "This is a really exciting time."

This marks a more bullish view from the Nvidia boss on quantum, after Huang previously said he thinks a 15-year timeline for realizing useful quantum computers is "on the early side," and that a 20-year timeframe was a likelier target.

His views at the time led to quantum computing stocks including Rigetti, IonQ and D-Wave Quantum plunging. More recently, Huang has admitted his comments came out wrong and expressed his surprise about the ensuing market movements.

Huang isn't alone in spotting the quantum computing hype. Late last year, Google announced its latest quantum chip, Willow, which it said marked a major breakthrough in so-called "error correction" — a set of techniques used to protect quantum information from errors.
