Thank you for your informative reply explaining your history with this stock. The very last thing i wish to to do is to be offensive in any way to you as you have always been polite to me but if your friend swallowed the hogwash that Holcomb comes out with, then his credentials in electrical engineering are useless. Ask any professional, what have you got to lose? There is a long history of these scams going back several hundred years and they NEVER work.

I am an investor but still have my doubts. I live a good distance from Sarasota (22 hours round trip) or else would have already visited the facility. Can you contact Dr. Holcomb and ask to do a stand alone hot plate test for a few hours using a battery, charger, and invertor in conjunction with an ILPG? If so, I'll gladly throw in a couple of dollars to purchase off the shelf equipment. A standard lead acid battery and mechanically switched hot plate, nothing exotic. If this is done and shown to be successful under full video it would change everything.

H2, very curious why you are so obsessed with both Astra and Holcomb when you are not an investor or have skin in the game and how you found these companies. For someone that bashes and makes up so much crazy stuff makes me wonder why you are here. FYI, I am just a shareholder that ran into the HES system by accident at the boat show that was behind another vender's booth. I am the one that asked all the questions and the one that pushed my way for an invite to see the system again bringing a friend with electrical engineering experience with me. Yes, my friend and I do own shares and totally still believe in a positive future for all 3 divisions of Astra. I can also tell you we don't post anything here at the request of Astra or anyone else. You're bashing as a Non shareholder is very puzzling. It's very simple for me, If I no longer believed in Astra's future, it takes me a few seconds to start selling and move on, even at a loss is ok because I have very large gains in many other positions. What I would not do for my mental health is stay and bash a company and people I have no skin in.

PC, word on the street is that Dr. Holcomb and his charlatan wife, Ellen, have allegedly fled to Belize to dodge the avalanche of court cases and their now enforceable bankruptcy judgment. How very predictable.

Rumor has it that all that scammed investor money didn’t go into energy breakthroughs but instead found its way into Bitcoin, no doubt in an attempt to stash their ill-gotten gains beyond legal reach.

Over-unity is a term used to describe something
that produces more energy than it consumes-This IS the Holcomb's claim for the ridiculous HES Device.

Just because they don't use the Terms " OVER UNITY" or "FREE ENERGY"

It would be so simple and make news around the world. A Walmart parking lot, a 5KW ILPG, a car battery, invertor, a few hot plates and pots of water all running in a self looping manner running for a few hours. Stocks would either drop to nothing or chase and then pass bitcoin within a month.

If you can fall for a Free Energy Scam

It is not like it would take more than 1 entire afternoon to figure this out
even if you had ZERO knowledge of physics or science.
A simple scan with Google of the thousands of Free Energy . Over Unity
nonsense would be all it should take for anyone running a legit business.

Oddly I have direct knowledge of a very large corporation that got SCAMMED on
some "New Technology". The big bosses were morons and it all came to a crashing
end when the person I knew literally pulled a plug on the "New Technology " device demo
The Genius "inventor" did not know it and kept demonstrating the device working some how....
MAGIC!.
