AVSA, no I think I used to have a number, but I don't know now.

I emailed the old CEO and asked for some information but he never replied back, and so I just sold. Took a nice loss, this float is so tiny, if the company came out and said they were still in business and making money (I believe they are still in business overseas) then it would fly.

ACTUALLY, the phone number I had was for a man that worked for IGAI Inc. or something (ticker IGIA or IGAI) His name might have been David.

Sorry man, I bailed a while ago when I saw bids of .005 coming on, so I took my loss and moved on.

This stock appears like a dormite shell, for awhile know. I have not bothered to check it out for some time how about you. I don't understand why it has not gone down more to be honest and why the insiders have not sold it to subs, unless there is a future plan that is unknown.

I did tell then about the 100 share trades , seems they had no idea they were shorts , but ya gotta know they are tickles.

I think they are aware of it know and would include some PR as soon as they can, get a plan together

No that was all IR knew ,they said , just that they knew that they were plan something so , give it a flip of the coin guess that's a 50 50 for at least a good run , I don't know but I was incouraged a tad to hear that any plan was in the works at all, but if you watch the stock it tells you the same, taht there is a future plan, because the main holders are not selling period and we are in a sleeper state basically, until a plan of some kind is unvailed..

The one thing about it not many shares are held at the hub and those folks know the same thing here , they know how to read L2 and that the major share holders have not sold shares. so it is some incouraging that it could get a plan that works.

This is the only thing been keeping me holding also, if they get a plan I will hit the ask if I have the funds for it at that time.

Last night my mining went up good again, hope it holds tonight in Asia. It's a bumper crop I'm being greedy with.

I may sell some this year there and send it to the US, so I can play here more.

They are working on a plan, for the company, I spoke with an IR person this is what I got.

I'm guessing any news that, they are in bussiness will kick the stock up.

This is a supper low floater , so it will go up on air almost because of this tiny float, given any good volume.

1) John Mitchell is no longer the acting C.E.O. of AVSA. I spoke with John Mitchell personally. He can be reached at (617)407-5169. He referred me to David Attarian, who is currently the acting C.E.O. of AVSA. David can be reached at (212)575-0500. You can confirm his relationship with the company by reading previous Press Releases, as he is listed as the contact. If David Attarian is unavailable, ask for Kurt Streams. He handles investor related questions as well.

2) The information provided by the "jjack" in a link to PinkSheets.Com is incorrect and needs to be updated. Clearly the information pertaining to the C.E.O. is incorrect, as we just clarified that John Mitchell is no longer the C.E.O. And clearly the phone number is incorrect, as we just provided the correct number.

3) The share structure per PinkSheets.Com matches the share structure per the C.E.O. It also matches the information provided by the T/A. The float is still 1.7 million.

4) Per the C.E.O. (David Attarian), AVSA will be releasing a Press Release on either Wednesday or Thursday. The contents of which are unknown (as him telling me would be illegal). Those that have taken the time to speak with the C.E.O. are aware of this, and that is why volume has been picking up over the past few days.

Thanks good to have someone doing the work for everbody else , I estimate there could be about 40 share holders at the hub that hold some but , you know how it goes people don't want to admit they do if a stock is kinda sleepy, this was pumped and than they quit after 2 days, could be that there is something here and they hang on at least 50 % of the folks hold it still , imo, I hold some not affraid to admit it, it could be a ticket to ride yet.

I like they way it went dormant and didn't go sub, or dilution, I think share structure is tiny, too, pherhaps unchanged , have antoerh one alike that has not changes structure and kinda sleepy until next news or some news.

I fixed up the ibox a little bit. Next i will be DDing everything in the PRs.

No we are not the only ones in it was run up months ago and most never got out nite dropped the bid right down to bidders, it happens more than not with these low floaters, nite also manipulated it up as well so , if it goes it can go up as quick with some volume , a bit of nature.

Guess we don't know 100% fro sure but for sure they have not sold this stock, only Mr nite dropped it from .15 or where ever it was , I-hubers never dumbed this stock either, they hold, they don't post though , later maybe it was imbarasment maybe , A person like more popular stuf to post on, I will post on any stock no matter, one mans junk is a treasure for others, I believe By Bill Pannetta.
