I did question that myself. But I do know that they don't have the paperwork as Dave said. They still do not have OTCIQ access. But maybe they are holding it at Yield knowing Dave ran into legal issues. Just my 2 cents.

Dave has A LOT of explaining to do to his shareholders, and not thru a stupid tweet. He needs to draft a letter to shareholders at this point.

One thing of interest is the Yield sign still in place on OTC markets, which will be 2 full months of yield sign this weekend. I wonder if it hasn't changed to a Stop sign already because OTC has the paperwork, and they're just still in process of dealing with it. Would be great to see those filings posted

On OTC, as of Jan 9, doesn’t appear to be any change to the share structure. But then again, who knows if it has been officially updated. FWIW, still hopeful Dave comes through for us.

No further news, no tweets since mid December, no volume, etc. Sure hope while we’re waiting for whatever that their labs are going full tilt. I wonder what’s going on with all the previous announced contracts?

The last time I talked with Dave, was when the OTC was making him jump through hoops to upload Q3. Q3 financials are done.
Finra keeps changing the case manager, but since they just switched to a portal system, he can do it now which makes it easier.
This was only a month ago

I’m guessing we will get some good news at some point. I think this should have another run in the future. Might take a bit but I feel like the share structure is too good for a company that is actually doing business to sit this low.

Assuming there are still a few others that are shareholders besides myself, wondering if we’ll get some positive news starting next week? As well, a healthy, peaceful and happy New Year to all.

No update from the CEO in weeks when he expected to be current 2 weeks ago. No year end shareholder letter, no updates at all. What is going on?

Bleg is an empty shell now.Coffe contract etc was only pump and dump most probably.

They never filed their Q3 financials. Not even a late filing extension. Supposedly they lost OTCIQ access with the "Internal attack"...or so is the excuse.

I've reached out to Dave and he hasn't responded since early december excuses hit X.

As of yesterday, the PPS is “ fill in the blanks”….

As of December 9, there doesn’t appear to be a change in the share structure.

If they could do buybacks they wouldn't be raising the AS.  So buyback is off the table.  They need cash for whatever reason.

Most likely people buying at what seems to be the bottom for a quick flip once it goes current

I'm still hanging in as well. But the situation we are in is very frustrating.

Thought with the early positive volume we’d be moving up, but obviously not. Still not giving up on Dave & the Company. Hanging in.

It is funny.....pick a company on the big boards, and many have 200 PE. Pick a company in the otc -2000 PE.
