Mexico City, Mexico, July 25, 2023—Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known
as OMA (NASDAQ: OMAB; BMV: OMA), informs it has published its 2022 Sustainability Report, which offers a comprehensive overview of the
significant progress made and highlights the various activities and initiatives executed and adopted by OMA during 2022.
The 2022 Sustainability Report has been prepared adhering to

In addition, OMA has published its second Green Bond Report,
