We might be surprised about revenue growth in a few weeks. If their deal with Perion works out, they could be over the million mark in 1-2 quarters. Stock price should get to .01 within 3-4 quarters.

Lets hope they take the appropriate steps.

Hey Toddski you are right its due to the auditor,If you type in "evan bloomberg georgetown university" in the search box then go to "HLLK- Hallmark Ventures Group Inc | Company Profile | OTC" . Then you will see that the auditor is labeled the Prohibited Service Provider. But lets remember the alleged fraud was not with HLLK and was found with another company . Hopefully they will replace the auditor to care of this problem.Thanks for your DD.

They should get rid of the auditor, that would be the appropriate next step.

"Prohibited service provider" is showing on OTCMarkets, likely due to auditor. At least the shell risk is gone.

Folks picking up cheapies as we nothing from the company

Hallmark Venture Group (HLLK) is aware of the auditor being investigated with fraud but its not fraud with HLLK,it's fraud with another company which has no ties with HLLK.Evan Bloomberg which is the CEO of HLLK mentions this in a article and said : " In light of recent developments Olayinka,Oyebola & Co An Independent Audit Firm which has been charged with aiding and abetting in fraud in an entirely unrelated case,the company is advising with counsel to decide on the appropriate next steps.We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and integrity in all aspects in our business.The actions of Olayinka Oyebola & Company are in no way connected to our company ".
But don't take my word on this look it up for yourself , just type in "Evan Bloomberg Georgetown University" then go to the article that is titled ; "Hallmark Venture Group Inc Introduces The Team Drivin" then scroll down to the team members and it's just after that and titled "Important Notice ". I hope HLLK replaces these auditors in their appropriate next steps.Go HLLK

Can we actually believe the numbers? Remember, they use an accounting firm currrently being sued by SEC for multiple fraud charges. And the secretary of the company is THE Paul Strickland. This man has never had (1) successful company. He's dilluted every single one into oblivion. Why on earth would Evan choose to work with this man? The only thing keeping me on board is their partnership with Perion, which would be very hard to fake.

Either Evan is also a fraud, or Strickland is trying to clean up his act because he's realized the dilute game doesn't work anymore.

The 10-k Numbers will be better going forward because the deal with Perion (PERI) , the expansion into Europe,Asia and Latin America and the partnership with True Audience was signed in December 2024. The 10-k ends December 2024 so it was only 1 month of those deals which is the deals that will bring the real money.Do your own dd and correct me if I'm wrong.I think HLLK has a good future.Go HLLK.

I believe the income reported is just for one quarter and it is 609,549.00 and the net income was 154,146.00 which is a great improvement from a year ago loss of (195,084.00) which is great news.The CEO said we have a growing client list in a PR put out a couple months ago so we could be growing as we speak. GLTA

I actually did not do much trading or investing in general on OTC stocks prior to 2023 when I changed my strategy. I am pretty much 100% OTC now and strategy is paying off big time. I bet that it was wild though!

You must not have been around here in the good OTC Wild Wild West days before the SEC ruined everything when they amended Rule 15c2-11 Sept. 28, 2021....

That might work well for a small # of shares and if you are truly just trading it. Some investors buy larger amounts that are nearly impossible to liquidate quickly. I.e. some need weeks or months to sell all their shares. I fall into that camp and am more of a long term swing investor. When you start to have really big capital gains, you need to at least try to hold them for > 1 year to reap the tax benefits.

Also, what's wrong with a 300% gain in a year? What does the S&P return annually, like 9% including the dividend?

It would be predictable if Penny stocks works that way, but they don’t. I don’t know how long you’ve been trading but they run hard and then they drop if they don’t have a back up of huge revenue play the play long-term hold would be very rare but the numbers you’re proposing don’t make it very attractive and I doubt that’s gonna be the outcome just saying that’s my opinion I’m looking for $.03-$.04 similar to the last one we were playing

I can't tell if you're being serious or joking? IMO when the 10k gets released with shell status removed, stock will run to at least 0.005. Annual revenues will exceed $1.5m and it deserves to trade at least a 2x revenue multiple for the industry that it's in. That would put the stock price at $0.01/share next year. Not bad for a pink sheets stock. Buy now, 3x your money in 1 year.
