To be fair if I were suddenly curious about Liquidmetal, perhaps from the Evie ring, I would google the product and stumble on this site just like I did several years ago. The long faces and dejected aura would certainly give me pause. Then again it’s not our job to bolster this stock. Valencia Circle has that job. As always, their quietude signals either massive incompetence, product irrelevance, or top secret negotiations for a to-the-moon contract. I’m so over waiting to find out which

If the bashers are the ones here on this website I am sure they,  are not the ones influencing the entire stock market's decision,  to buy and sell shares of LQMT. As well as the delays in the technology and the lack of sales of this product.
When the stock has been dragging the ground for years, nothing anyone says here is going to change the price. It is the actions of the company or lack thereof, that creates the greatest price movement in either direction. The issue here is that people are either tired, irritated, frustrated, or disappointed, and all of the above. Maybe it is a good time to just sit and wait another undetermined set of years for results,( Right !!!) and or, trade companies that are making real money.
Since just about everyone here has at least one foot in the door with share ownership, it might be a good time to give it a rest. Healthier that way for everyone.
I comment here on occasion but my priority is the real market. No action here other than words. I mean NO offense to anyone personally. I am just looking at the big picture.
In case anyone has questions as to where I may stand,  I am in 2 million deep in shares @ just under thirteen cents and I refuse to buy another share. I have made the decision years ago to succeed or bust, and can afford to lose it all, after having made it all back on real price moving companies. So, not here to bash, trash, or move the stock price. It has to move itself. No offense meant to anyone and not pointing fingers. LQMT has to bail itself out of the mess it has or has not created. Management has the power to admit delays, setbacks, plans, results, effects, failures, etc but they don't care to do so or they don't know how.  Everyone should pass Blame on them.... throwing rocks at each other here puts zero dollars in your pockets. Everyone here deserve a break from this UNDERWHELMING and UNPRODUCTIVE poor excuse for a company, and should get out there and trade a REAL company, until such time LQMT goes BOOM or BUST.
That is the reason for the past, current, and future stock price. Li's current concern is research, development, expansion, and sales in China. The priority given to LQMT USA by management at this time is equivalent to a speck of sand on a beach. Brush it off until next time.

Keep Trading, Take Care.

“Maybe if the bashers didn’t fling their BS 24/7 on the stock boards it would be different.

A classic case of a disconnect from reality.

Chalk it up to basher derangement syndrome. :)

Another week passes and LQMT’s share price is up 2.1% from 0.0419 cents to 0.0428 cents on extremely weak trading volumes and little interest. The same when LQMT moves up or down.

For now, LQMT’s share price is holding in the low pennies. Bouncing around in the low 0.04’s and upper 0.03’s on anemic trading volumes. No longer is the share price headed for the 0.03’s. It has reached the 0.03’s in intra day trading as predicted. The trend remains for lower share price trading.

The share price remains in a coma like the new contracts anticipated which has not occurred for almost three years now based on the LQMT end of year reviews.

35 months and LQMT is still without a new 8K announcement for a part order contract from executives operating the company. Soon to reach 3 years by this upcoming weekend.

The bottom line was pointed out by another poster in so few words. Basically; Without new significant revenues flowing in, it’s all bullshit. The management hopes and forward worded dreams.

Recently the 10Q’s show growth and the stock charts show a decline in shareholder value. A disconnect from the bottom line. A disconnect from where the stock markets are at and the expansion of amorphous metals abroad. A total disconnect from any correlations to growth everywhere else. The same disconnect you see in many posts from reality to an altered reality by some being bullish using absolutely no direct connection to LQMT.

Like the CEO spin annually.

However the votes are in folks. It seems the consensus is, no matter what view you have about LQMT. Everyone seems to agree that they believe in the technology to succeed. That seems to be the factual and only reason all bought in.

Other than belief in the technology and FOMO. They are probably the only palatable reasons for holding on. I say this since no one from the company tells us what is going on regularly through PR’s. Like once or twice a month. I believe the last PR was 10 months ago.

Is it any wonder even anyone bullish doesn’t even know what the heck is going on.

Hell, no one still has any factual inkling why 4 shells born in September 2024 bought almost 180,000,000 million shares of stock 300% above the trading price. And more ridiculous, who buys that many shares and does not announce a business plan?

Like, what LL or LQMT is doing, we only have more theories.

So then what the hell is missing? Given the fact that there does appear to be some sort of success with the same bought and paid for technology abroad.

Could it be inept management and the lack of means to have the knowledge to raise funds to self develop and manufacture the material, instead of selling out our chances for success. First, CE to Apple, then the whole shebang, the whole enchilada, the whole kit and caboodle to China and LL’s company Eontec? Oh no that couldn’t possibly be the reason. No, never. Instead let’s blame the nay sayer posters in rebuttal, using adolescent content to those who point out the facts and are pissed off at their loss of value in their investment. Oh yeah, they must be the reason for LQMT’s failure to succeed annually. :) and let’s tell them to sell. Oh yeah, that will sky rocket up the share price. How intelligent? :)

Man did we save them a massive bunch of dollars by holding on. Heck all of the naysayers could have sold at 0.05 cents through 0.09 cents and all of those people claiming to have wanted to buy would be stuck holding onto bigger losses. :)

To those still claiming to want to buy those cheap shares…guess what? You can still buy them and at a cheaper price come Tuesday morning. :)
You can thank us later in the week. :)

You just can’t make this crap up. :)
They should whoever they are be thanking every naysayer for holding on. :)

I try to present a balanced realistic view based on the facts not on the emotions of anyone hyping or bashing LQMT. I believe I nailed it correctly. This board has had it correct past and present from potential to expectations to hope to FOMO.

I would rather see a weekly LQMT blog update on any progress from the company, or a more frequent PR monthly, than to post another week passes post. I’m sure everyone else would agree.

Will this be the year revenues increase consistently? Only the 4th Q’s will tell. 3 down and 1 to go. So far it looks good. Increasing revenues are always good. Significantly increasing revenues are even better.

Perhaps in 2026 or 2027 LQMT might succeed and if they ever do make it in 2025, all in it will be very thankful and glad that they did.

Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC & Co., luck.
New tenant?
Heck, if you sell the property for $9,000,000,00, you can buy out LL’s shares and sell it back to newbies at 0.08 cents a pop on the next big insignificant contract and raise back $18,000,000, million dollars. Then watch it drop again and wash rinse and repeat. Before you know it. There will be enough money again to build your own damn manufacturing plant and profit off of every part manufactured, period. Gee, why didn’t LL think of it. :)

I get that ... you cannot assume everything on there is 100 % correct but it is a starting point to lead to other areas so any information posted on here, on the news, social media or anywhere for that matter should be fact checked 3 different ways.
Also, Liquidmetal showing up as #1 on the list doesn't mean it is the number one company. ChatGPT did a USA search first under the World list and LQMT was the first name that popped up so it was placed on top.

What I find interesting and problematic is that ChatGPT doesn’t provide the same answer to the same query. I copied your question and received a different answer. Furthermore, ChatGPT doesn’t always rely on facts. Attorneys who have used ChatGPT to write legal briefs have been sanctioned because the briefs contained contained citations to made up cases.

According to ChatGPT, the only “known or verified instance of Apple using BMG” is the SIM ejector tool.

I tried to find market cap and BMG revenues but only three companies out of the 20 listed in a previous post listed Market cap only. The others stated Data was not publicly available.

Dongguan Eontec Co., Ltd.Market Capitalization: Approximately ¥5.33 billion. Stock AnalysisShenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd.Market Capitalization: Approximately ¥27.88 billion. Barron'sMaterion CorporationMarket Capitalization: Approximately $1.95 billion. Stock Analysis
These were the comments for the lack of information on the previous companies mentioned:
Regarding revenues specifically from non-metallic Bulk Metallic Glass (BMG) products, such detailed financial segmentation is not publicly disclosed by these companies. Typically, such granular data is proprietary and not available in public financial statements.

Please note that for many companies, especially those that are privately held or subsidiaries of larger corporations, specific market capitalization figures are not publicly disclosed.

If LMQT is at the top of the list for worldwide BMG companies, based upon it's revenue or lack thereof, this must be the tiniest of 'new' tech industries. I suspect however, that the Chinese companies are not included in that worlwide list, but rather just on their own list.

"This global network of companies is transforming BMG into a practical material for next-generation technologies". Perhaps this should read
"next generation investers"!

Thanks for then article though, it is a good rundown of who's who. WIsh their were BMG revenue numbers for each company.

Despite valiant efforts to show the growth of amorphous metals, the listed facts iin your post refer en masse to the metallic ribbon, electrical transformers, motor core applications, etc but absolutely no reference to bulk metallic glass applications. In other words, unless you show and itemize the growth of bmgs, then such a post like yours shows only the growth of the oldest and most successful uses of amorphous metals. Bmgs are a subset and a very miniscule sector of amorphous metals.

The original developer of the electrical applications was Allied Electronics in the mid sixties. This sector was later acquired by Hitachi in Japan.
Lqmt has always been locked out of this market due to prevailing and ongoing patent protection.

“Doesn’t look good.” When did it? 2001? 2010? 2016? March 2022? Now?

Another poster says to me “broken record.” And I have to agree. But the broken record is not mine. It’s the factual record of what LQMT has achieved. And unfortunately I’m just the messenger trying to make sense out of the way in which LQMT communicates with us on the outside or does not. Or the way they anticipate, hope and expect with each kick the can end of year spin.

Doesn’t look good, you got that right. unless of course anyone has an agenda, obviously not based on facts but on an agenda of continuous possibilities never ever like LQMT coming to a successful conclusion.

“And those agendas with LQMT’s failures are the only factual correlations. Both sound good but they fail to live up to their anticipations, hopes and expectations.”

I too, wished the so called maze dots and dashes worked out and the cell phone hinges too trickled down to LQMT and the expansion of capacity abroad meant something. But those expansions and those hinges and those maze dots and dashes…well let’s just say those ships sailed off a long time ago and never made it to port.

I thought it was beginning to look good in 2017. And then TC sold his stock and BB realized they needed a power upgrade and then LL Shut it all down. Lights out.

Good luck to you.

Funny that a million shares now is only $40k and still nobody is buying.  Not even JB is pumping anymore.  No insiders buying.  Doesn't look good...

It was simply a joke about his 2 cents worth. I don't actually have theories about 20 year old stocks down over 99% and selling @.04, other than that parrot appears to be deceased.

"MM’s and day traders have been trying to buy at 0.04 and then turn around and sell at 0.05."
If that's true, the MMs are sitting on a huge pile of shares. That isn't what MMs do (hold long-term) so your theory requires a revisit.

MM’s and day traders have been trying to buy at 0.04 and then turn around and sell at 0.05.

Been going on for months despite what the nay sayers say.

So yes there is an agenda by some.

I do think the Evie ring will contribute to our last quarter revenue and could give us a good bump up.

TC did mention some other things in the fire, and though taking some time, I expect we get some news soon.

I’m not a pessimist on here bashing the company 24/7 as some, and still believe in the technology!

There are no entities trying to scoop up cheap shares. Any entity hyped about trying to scoop up cheap shares is a total farce, since the share price has been very cheap for 6 years now and getting cheaper!

In addition to that recently, what appears to be 4 shell companies operated by the same purchasers agreed to pay 0.16 cents a share for close to 200 million shares above the cheap 0.04 cent price.

Now anyone who wants to scoop up shares to accumulate can do a better job and get a (lower) better price through a firm dealing with LQMT, off market if the quantity to be purchased is large enough. MM’s usually do this with dice rolling bets to market shares for their own gain. Especially when they strategize that the stock will be in their view moving down and not up.

What often happens in those cases is that pumpers come in and try to seriously pump up the share price. The pump sounds so real and too good to be true. (As in the opportunity of a lifetime.) Unsuspecting existing and new outsiders, then come in and scoop up the shares that either the MM’s hold and will sell or existing shareholders will sell for their own reasons, like getting out or for profit too.

Not saying any of this is taking place right now regarding the MM’s or anyone else holding a large quantity of the stock.

The bottom line: There are no entities out there scooping up cheap shares. You put an order in for a million shares at a nickel and you will get it at a nickel or in this case at a lower market price.

Also there is no tree to shake whether the share price is 0.02 cents or at 0.08 cents. It would not be profitable to sell unless your average invested price is around 0.03 cents. I don’t believe any long term outside share holder has an average price less than 0.07 cents.

And I don’t believe anyone who is speculating with a huge amount of money is looking to buy at 0.04 cents to sell at another cheap price.

Those on this tree who have been here long term are obviously not selling or shaken by the prospects of LQMT going lower, be it at 0.02 cents or a penny or 0.03 cents.

There are no doom and gloom posts, neither is the investment scary just because it looks like the share price is headed lower. The share price is not plunging to the 0.02’s. It is headed that way. Just look at the liquidity and trade volumes and the long term price chart. It’s not rocket science. Insignificant revenues are more of the problem than the operating costs.

You are 1000% correct, when you say “This is the crazy part…and I actually view it as bullish.”

In my posts I have already explained why everyone is here no matter what the views are.

I believe at this point many in this debacle will sell at break even or a gain, either all of their shares or some and hold on for the moon with what’s left.
Or lose it all.

Just as you see this thing as crazy to be bullish. It may not be crazy to think that LQMT can’t drop to 0.02 cents either.

I try to respect everyone’s opinions. I definitely have no respect for any poster who focuses their investment frustrations on other posters. Try focusing your opinions on the positives of LQMT and post them.

LQMT has until March 31, 2025 to file their 10K without an extension.

Usually extensions have negative connotations.

With the revenues LQMT has generated, I really don’t know why they can’t do it in 60 days.

But given their bottom lines over the last eight years, I wonder, does it really matter?

Let’s be real. The quarter/year ended already. Anyone see an 8K? Anyone read a PR about progress towards a new contract? Anyone know how LQMT is getting paid for ring orders via communications from the company? It’s always; no no no no no.

And when you think about it, did the end of last year’s TC spin with shareholders live up to his hype?

Without contracts and manufacturing orders and fees to grow shareholder value. Does it really matter. It often brings disappointment. Years ago, many many shareholders used to post and make friendly bets on what the 10K revenues might be.

Today it’s combed for a breadcrumb to theorize.
Some see it going to the moon and beyond and some see the same SOS.

10Q’s and 10K’s are meaningless without 8K’s and new manufacturing orders from new customers.

By the way….the lease agreement is up in two months too. Any talk about that or is that the only reason to look at the 10K.

I expect some announcement soon either way.

Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.

Guess I’m an optimist because I think one customer is better than none and it’s halfway to two! I’m not expecting anything tremendous from MOVE this quarter but think they are on the right track to get into the hospitals and nursing homes. My 200 shares will never move the needle.

I actually prefer the subscription model…the idea of Quora having a million subscribers at $60/year each is really appealing.

That 0.02 cent prediction is possible. Although my value for the company is at 0.03 and the 0.03’s has been headed there for some time.

Depending on one customer for the bulk of revenues leaves the already anemic customer base very vulnerable to drop to the 0.02’s should they lose that customer or others as well.

It sounds like a theory, but then again I’m sure everyone has witnessed other companies with better potential go under.

Man: You guys are really trying to shake the tree with all your doom and gloom intensification which has picked up dramatic over the last few days. If this investment is so scary and about to plunge into the twos...why are you all still here? This is the crazy part...and I actually view it as bullish. I agree about the word search issue which is why I asked the second question to widen the search. The magnetic portion of amorphous metals is still an interesting area nonetheless and I see it as a good way to diversify out of the expensive metals into something more cost effective and field related, possibly a good way to get this show going..... just a thought.

Do you know what “soft magnetic” means? These amorphous (and nanocrystaline) alloys have unique electrical properties that allow them to get magnetized and demagnetized quickly…..these compounds are iron based with lots of other elements like boron, cobalt etc. There is no zirconium, niobium, hafnium etc. It’s a different technology and what happens when you use a word search….the machine doesn’t know that the reference is irrelevant.

Okay, Suave has a good theory that makes sense. However I am stuck on this: We have a contractual agreement with a lead manufacturer of BMG parts in China.
Presumably at a cost efficient level as is the norm. Shipping cost is the hurdle? I don't think so. If LL et alia want to penetrate this market, they can even subsidize
the penatration if the powers that be support the idea. Trying to make sense of LQMT's problems with the usual supply/demand open market perspective, does not seem to work. Too many conflicting interests at the top and beyond.

What it comes down to at this point in time (while waiting for a new technology/material or process to take hold) is the same kind of manufacturing and growth forecasted abroad can be presently duplicated here in the USA if it becomes cost effective.

The recent agreement to dispose of shares in the manner by LL to 4 shell companies in a 4 year period imo, seems to be a strategy to take advantage of that theory should economic conditions become more favorable to do so.

As clearly pointed out by those points of views of where amorphous metals are presently being used by various industries. Those same industries here in the USA are not exempt from the same advantages of the material.

Hence, if it is just a matter of where manufacturing is the most cost effective choice to establish a manufacturing plant to supply demand or increase demand for profit. Then it is obvious that those who have the most to gain in expanding manufacturing here in the USA, are those who control the bulk of its manufacturing capacity today.

Especially to a global area where demand would increase its production, should the costs to export become more expensive.

Presently there are companies that can expand its metal manufacturing capacity to include metal glass. There are private companies here in the USA that manufacture metal materials for parts for defense that no other company outside of the USA can produce. They are not adverse to adding profits should the opportunity present themselves.

Just my 0.02 cents theory

As always my opinions are worth less than the price of a LQMT share.

Good luck to all in LQMT.
Wish TC luck.
It’s the lack of communications, which causes all of the distractions. It’s the share price, which reflects the clear realities in achievements and lack of potential due to the silence.

In either case someone is making money off of liquidmetal materials in China and elsewhere and the same can be done here as well. But,  with expensive labor, equipment, regulations, and combinations of less expensive materials, it seems to me it is not cost feasible to run this business in the USA at this point in time, to make it a scaling cost effective business, even though it is happening in other areas of the world, with lower cost structures regardless of any military intentions or influence. It is still too expensive to produce in large portions in size of LQMT in this country and not competitive enough in smaller sizes against other countries and probably why it is being bypassed for now.

One of the biggest issues in this metal reading from the MDPI article included in one of my recent posts is the cost and difficulty making large pieces of material to the the quick cooling process it requires so it limits the size of parts development as well as the cost of the ingredients themselves.

a. Enhanced production methods. Developing more efficient and scalable production techniques is crucial. Current methods require extremely rapid cooling rates, which limit the size and shape of the resulting amorphous metals. Innovations in additive manufacturing, such as selective laser melting (SLM) and laser foil printing (LFP), hold promise for overcoming these limitations, enabling the production of larger and more complex structures.b. Material optimization. Research should focus on discovering new alloy compositions that can form glasses at slower cooling rates, making the production process more practical and cost-effective. There is a need to enhance the ductility and fatigue resistance of amorphous alloys to broaden their application range, particularly in reliability-critical fields.c. Advanced applications. Exploring the use of amorphous alloys in biomedical applications, such as bioabsorbable implants, is a promising area. Alloys that dissolve in the body at controlled rates can revolutionize medical implants and fracture fixation devices. The development of amorphous alloys with superior properties, such as the highest recorded elastic limit, opens new possibilities in defense and aerospace for materials that can withstand extreme conditions.

Sure China wants cutting edge technology…how else could they have built that cutting edge aircraft carrier? At this point they are “collectors” not users or developers.

Their progress on becoming the “world’s manufacturer” has been impressive but it’s rotting from within. The “one child” policy, the thrust to move from farm to cities didn’t work, the financial corruption in government and banking and Xi’s recent move to push out corruption in the CCP (consolidate power/remove all who don’t support me enthusiastically).

Many manufacturing sectors have 25-50% more capacity than customers…it will implode. I’m not a fan of our new politics but any tariff increase (20-60%) will crush the Chinese economy and I think that’s the purpose. My concern is more like “backing a wild animal into a corner.”
