Looks like he already has one acquisition completed which is a care facility in CA generating about $250,000 in revenue.

5 months now and no updates from Frank.

Wtf is this guy doing? It doesn’t take 8 months to “reconcile the shareholders list from the TA”.

Gotta wonder what the hell Frank is doing with this one. Lots of tweets last spring about a merger in place and silent period. Then nothing. Then twice since June had tweeted in updates that it was still dealing with some transfer agent bs.

Zero volume LOL No one wants this

NHLG back to normal with zero volume! Only now at a lower price... and an even lower one coming after the SS updates on otcmarkets

Will be interesting to see if it tanks again after OTCM updates the share structure at 4x it's current amount for the OS

All 145,017,786 discovered shares are DTCC and unrestricted. $NHLG was dissolved, when @Alpharidge_Cap was granted custo and revived it. Problem is that Authorized remained 100 Mil. TA will reconcile the two lists and provide update OTCM. But, all 170,292,786 are unrestricted.

It's not going up, what was listed on OTCM wasn't actual. This also prbly means something is prbly in the works.

Frank finally acknowledges the existence of NHLG for once and it's bad. The market cap, which was the most appealing thing about NHLG, will be going up as well.
