Michael Osborn of dozens of scams for which he served years in prison, and most currently of the @ZEUSxPay
and @ZeusExplorer scams (which are allegedly now owned by @BlaqcloudsBCDS, trading as $BCDS) has ruined the life of another woman. His fiancé, Stacey Salko, was found in criminal Contempt of Court yesterday for not showing up to her court-ordered deposition. Michael and Stacey executed a con job which failed miserably. She now faces up to six months in prison and monetary fines. Way to go Stacey and attorney, Michael Song. I am now calling $BCDS a scam as evidenced by their recent pump and dump.

It is impossible to know how many buys there are. Every trade is between a trader and an MM, or between two MM's.
MM's trade based on the 'QUANTITY; in their spread. They can change their spread at will, but have to take a trade that matches their spread. If there are no buyers, they trade among themselves, thereby 'making a market'. That's their job. You can't have a clue if it is them or actual traders.

So much for charts in the OTC. They don't work. 2021 does not count. We all know everything went up for that 3 month period and we will never see an OTC market like that again. Hilarious. You see any filings out there? NSAV is broke. Their tech is gone to the other company. They have nothing except a bloated 7 billion+ shell and still legal action. Last filing due on November 15th and next one soon due. They are going to the expert market and will never come off. Make sure some of you keep loading. Not that I believe a word of it. Who is their current accountant and lawyer? How many have left and how many have not got paid? In fact what happened to that Leverage guy? Part of the scam? Time will tell.

Given the FBI SEC and IRS are reading this board and have contacted me and others here, this was a fairly stupid post. If true, then you admitted market manipulation and disclosure deficiencies to the SEC as a consolidated 13D filer trading size positions.

Nonetheless, it shows the math to get to the substantial judgment in this matter using the contracted shares and convertible note.

The window is closing soon for my network's ability and desire to turn NSAV around. I have a Bloomberg like business for crypto and altcoins to put into the entity, but my counsel is no longer drafting offers or motions to resolve the matter, now case closed, only to be bait and switched, delayed or have opposing counsels quit due to non payment.

From my perspective, this is the red zone end of season drive. I can't force anything to happen or the Court to reply to my motions. Shareholders should stop blaming plaintiff for liquidity and accounting woes. The lawsuit didn't stop the filings or cause the problems including stripping the crypto assets out to BCDS.

We will see what happens. Note there are other defendants here in addition to NSAV. This is not one dimensional.

Sorry this is not the OTC 2021 where every reporting trip stock went to .001 or above. This is the 2025 OTC where many continue to get delisted or go to the expert market which is what will happen to NSAV. OTC companies are the biggest scams in capitalism. These companies are run by CEOs who are either scammers, con-artists, criminals, rapists, predators, etc. You name it, almost all of them fall in these categories. The CEOs just keep lying, releasing positive news to mislead people so that they can continue diluting, and continue selling their own holdings causing the price to plunge. Once the oustanding shares are bloated up and fall under the Exchange mandatory pricing requirements, these crook CEOs will just do a reverse split. These scumbags have zero credibility and morality doesn't apply to them as long they can continue enriching themselves.  James Tilton of NSAV is one example.

You can't possibly know that. It is only MM activity.
For instance, if a market sell is made, any MM activity will be limited to the total number (quantity) listed in their SPREAD. They can do that 100 times, but the seller is only selling once, you are seeing the tranches. You think there are 100 sells, but there is only one seller, and one sell order.

Keep buying. You see a filing? Last one due November 15th. NSAV is broke. Filings are expensive. Expert market coming where they no longer would have to file but in the US no one could buy. Kiss of death.

NSAV never had a single product. It has never 'earned' a penny. I've had it since early 2017 and got some 'free' dividends that are still sitting in etrade, unusable.
I was tricked by JT into buying tons of NSAV stock, which subsequently went to quad zero. But, I made a LOT of money, when it mysteriously recovered to $0.14. I still have 40M shares left.
I, and my friends whose portfolio I managed, are all debt free and comfortably living out our lives. Not because of anything NSAV did, but because of that mysterious spike in price, that had nothing to do with the company itself.
