Clear as day who the real scammer poster was. Now several are trying to pump the other one that has that amazing nonsense NSAV tech. Too late to the crypto party and I would never trust Osborn and Tilton may be still lurking in the background. Weirdest thing is nothing from the courts. And NSAV is so late filing as well that the expert market should be coming.

This trash has.... no phone number, no office, no employees, no money in the bank cos they have zero revenue, no working exchange cos they can't afford a web developer, no money to pay a lawyer to settle lawsuit, etc. And the CEO is a known scammer who ran several companies to the ground. Therefore everything about this company is just fantasy and a fraud.

You can't simply pick up the phone and call the @FBI to voice
your complaints. That's not an option.

You essentially need connections. The online forms they provide often vanish without a trace.

Follow-up is essential.
Emails.
Phone calls.
More emails.
More phone calls.

Then video calls.
Additional emails.
Extra information.
Further calls.

After that, it goes silent, leading you to believe nothing is progressing.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, things become active again.

This is the reality, everyone.

You must persist relentlessly.

Just remember, it only takes time. That's all.

Not to mention the longer this goes without any filing, NSAV goes to the expert market. The last filing was due November 15th, almost three months ago.

Im sure there will be but those things take some time. That whole process is likely to take months. Any 3 letter agency investigations will only prolong that.

Some were raving about the NSAV tech. Well it's now at the other company and NSAV has nothing. Let the fools buy that one too, as that will one most likely turn out to be a scam although people there say isn't. that remains to be seen. I would not be surprised if Knoll or Tilton were there working on it as NSAV 2.0, Osborn is there. If Tilton is involved, on any level, I hope people go after that one too.

This aspect of the crypto space can be quite grim, but ultimately, it pays off in the long run.

We have placed a lien on the property located at 697 N. Galen Hall Rd., Wernersville, PA 19565. 🏡

This property is owned by a notorious crypto developer scammer named Alfonso Knoll, associated with @AWC_TheClub and @nsavxchange.

The token holders financed this 🏡 house, which was meant to be "tokenized." (Bank statements given during discovery proved fraud).

Like 99% of developers in this field, he pocketed your money. The funds you believed would be returned to you were never repaid. To make matters worse, he stopped making payments on this property, which is now $350,000 in default and facing foreclosure. Not only did you fund his default, but he also no longer has legal ownership, as we hold liens on both of his defaulted properties.

In a desperate attempt to protect himself, he filed for bankruptcy to buy time, hoping to scam new investors and gather enough funds to start repaying his previous debts.

Unfortunately, that plan failed. He is now broken, with $6 million embezzled in under six months having vanished without a trace. (Well, we know where it went).

But where I have profited bigly in the past is to buy just before Expert market...you can sell but not buy more after that designation. So I buy early before that happens. Then with some time passing it comes alive again and goes pink and wham...now everyone wants in. Done it many times!! Good luck with covering your shorts.

Your risk is the expert market and then you won't be able to trade it. I believe you can sell but there will be no buyers (as you can't buy in the US in the expert market) and the price would most likely go to more than three zeroes. They have to report which was due November 15th. Do you see a filing or a filing for an extension? Yep go ahead and buy and lose your money when it gets delisted. Already a yield sign there. Not much risk except losing all your money as soon as it goes to the expert market.
