Good luck to NSAV and shareholders getting off that if they land there which is where they are heading without a filing. OTC investing has changed and one has to roll with the changes. The OTC which I still hold a lot of, has overall been crap since 2021 when the SEC changed the rules Crypto 2025 will be the OTC 2021 but too many are afraid of crypto, learning crypto and just think the OTC is like it used to be. Since the election my OTC accounts are down and my crypto accounts are way up. NSAV is done. Not worth the gamble buying it, especially if it ends up on the expert market.

This sale has been in the work for months. By June or July, Alfonso and Osborn realized that they had failed to generate enough buzz in NSAV to get their $2.5 Million sale done so Alfonso reached out to Marjorie (head of BLAQclouds) and cut the same deal with her. They had exhausted all of the easy targets at NSAV and were getting more heat than they anticipated (you're welcome). They will now attempt to sell their bullshit to a new group of people with blinders on. NSAV IS DONE. HAS BEEN. WILL BE. Scam went from AWC to NSAV. Now it will go from NSAV to BLAQclouds. It will be over soon though. The Feds are getting prepared to stop the music.

Grover does not deserve anything from NSAV. He is trying to capitalize on a deal that never was completed, where he would get some shares of NSAV and be made a director of NSAV. That deal NEVER HAPPENED so he never got those shares. The deal was not with Tilton - it was with his predecessor, Baritz. When grover saw the ridiculous 'intangible assets', he decided to sue as if he had gotten those shares, and would have somehow been able to sell them all at NSAV's high of $14.
It is pure greed, and he is destroying NSAV to do it. Anyone that thinks grover deserves YOUR COMPANY does not understand what has happened, and what has NOT happened.
From the suit itself:
36. Moreover, the Company provided the Plaintiff with his reporting and other assignments, as follows:
“As Director of Corporate Finance, your reporting is intended to facilitate your effective and efficient contributions to the Company. We anticipate that your immediate and significant contributions will be primarily financial advisory work. Because these actions are primarily in capital markets, your primary reporting is to Steven Baritz, CEO. However, a critical part of your role will be identifying new venues for the company to accelerate sales growth, utilizing every element of our collective capability.”
If grover had ever been made a director, he would HAVE to be listed in NSAV's filings as a director of NSAV. It has NEVER been noted, so grover has NEVER been a director at NSAV.
This lawsuit is clearly a money grab by grover and he recently learned that there was only $43 to grab. There are no other assets, 'tangible' or 'intangible'. There is nothing to 'settle' and nothing to settle 'with'.

I think if they don't come up with a mutually agreeable settlement soon both parties will be very sorry.....come on guys, let's show some willingness to come to the table, bend a little and show some compromise so everyone involved can sleep better at night!

Meanwhile one of Tiltons other companies, Blaqclouds Inc, has now announced an intent to purchase Zeus Partners, which is already partnered with NSAV, yet no actual LOI was filed, NOTHING was filed. More fake promissory notes that will never get converted, they are just moving the scam from one company to another. BCDS doesnt even have enough money to keep their website up but they are ready to pay big bucks for Osborns DivinciPay rebranded as Zeus? More scams!

So what's the judge's hold up? Didn't she give both parties until 11/25 to (one last time) possibly settle, and they haven't? Is she, possibly, contemplating the motion to vacate the judgement perhaps? What else could it be? Frankly, I thought the Receivers report was quite damning but I find it irritating that nothing more has been said by the court by now.

NSAV is nothing in the world of crypto and has nothing. They are broke and ran by three scammers. How obvious is this? Apparently not to some. How many people do NSAV owe money to? They are broke. They have no money, no angel investors so no financial backing and shares are maxed. How much clearer does it need to be.

The money in 2025 will be in crypto at least for the first six months. Crypto 2025 will be the OTC early 2021 and it's already started. I have made huge bucks in crypto since the election. As I run a decent I-Hub thread I know a lot about crypto. But some here loving NSAV could care less about learning about crypto where the money is being made and many own none. Crypto is way more than just Bitcoin. That says it all. I still say NSAV files bankruptcy or goes to the expert market. Where is their late notice for filing and their quarterly now is very late? NSAV is in huge trouble. Period. If one's NSAV monies would have been put in crypto you'd be up huge now with much more coming with the new administration, who is very pro crypto. Perhaps I am making way too much sense but crypto stocks are flying right now and this thing can shoot up past a dollar overnight if they borh just bend a little and meet somewhere in the middle, so much more to gain here than there is to lose.

You are correct and NSAV is a pure gamble now. One I am not willing to take. They could care less if NSAV proves to be a pure scam. Too many other legit OTCs and crypto to play and a handful are married to NSAV, a total POS. NSAV will not get any more of my money. I prefer DD and facts. NSAV better file soon. Even funnier some keep talking about how hot crypto is but own no crypto.

Methinks the share price is far more important, to some, than the possibility that some investors may have been scammed. SMH

I'm just wondering if the technology here has any real intrinsic value? If it does, and one takes into account the recent parabolic rise in crypto, it would be insane for the opposing parties not to come to some sort of mutually satisfiable settlement since the share price would probably sky-rocket to unimaginable new heights.
As someone who has created several start-up companies and negotiated a few complex business transactions it seems that both sides should be amenable to offering a little give and take considering the potential windfall here.

You are hilarious. I don't live in the past but I bought a lot of NSAV in the trips. years ago. Made over 100K selling most in 2021 like many did. Finally dumped it all recently for around a 4K loss. Do the math. My DD is usually good and accurate and NSAV will file bankruptcy or go to expert market. Even the chart guy made over 300K in NSAV in early 2021 and even he sold for a huge NSAV loss but is also way up overall like some just not most of the few NSAV believers way down who have averaged down since .01. I also don't beleive or need to hear about guys who cleaned up on NSAV in the last three months timing every low and high. Pure horsecrap.

My life doesn't center around NSAV as I own over 150 OTCs and over 50 cryptos. Crypto is blazing and am up well over 6 figures in the last month since the election. All talked about and documented in my I-Hub crypto thread. Crypto 2025 will be the OTC early 2021 in my opinion. I have said before I post on one scam stock because those are the most fun ones. NSAV has been my current scam stock. There have been others in my 30+ years playing the OTC and all turned out to be scams just like NSAV is and will.
