Awwwww how cute, Jakes honored to be quoted by Bloomberg. https://x.com/JPNFamilyOffice/status/1869026287677067607
Perhaps Bloomberg can run an article on how he's lied to and wiped out his shareholders, plenty of quotes they can use from his YouTube interviews.

Surprised there were even 10 shares traded on the market at $0.04 yesterday

Shitbricks Dog Sisi (aka SHAKY JAKE) desperately wants to "be somebody" in the music biz, butt all he can ever be is himself, who is a nobody.

He just cannot accept this reality. That after many years he hasn't accomplished anything, and, to the extent that anyone in DaBiz even knows his name, he is known as a total failure and a joke. If he tells himself that he is still young, he can lie to himself and think there is still time for him to succeed at something. There is nott. Failures like SHAKY JAKE are simply lifelong losers - losers to the bone. Butt lying to themselves (and to others) is the only coping mechanism that allows them to deny the reality of their profound personal inadequacy.

SHAKY JAKE is a nobody and will always be a nobody. He has no talent, no marketable skill, no money, and no prospects. His coping mechanism is to live in a fictitious dream world that he uses to escape temporarily from his odiferous and bleak reality - including pissing away his mom's trust funds in his "fambly office" turd that will go nowhere butt into DaDrain.

SHAKY JAKE doesn't have an inferiority complex. He is just inferior and inadequate and unwilling to face that reality. The denial of his serial failures is butt one small manifestation of the illusion he paints for himself and his ego.

On top of that, he is a raging asshole as well, butt that's thrown in for free. An effortless bonus of his hapless, ridiculous existence.

He will wind up in Federal prison like JUSTIN(E) COSTELLO, DAVID RUSSELL FOLEY, BENNIE BLANKENSHIP, TOVY PUSTOVIT, and thousands of others who were/are much smarter than SHAKY JAKE and had vastly better legal representation - some of whom were even competent.

Butt nott before his pisses away mom's trust funds so when she is elderly she can wither and die in a state-supported nursing/waiting-to-die home without even enuff munny to buy a candy bar from the vending machine.

SHAKY JAKE = megalomaniac with delusions of grandeur and narcissistic personality disorder butt in reality he's a talentless, vapid, poor-cognition and planning, child-moron. Butt one with access to mommy's trust fund munny as Little Oedipus seeks to prove to himself, his brothers, and especially mom that he is as good as his dead daddy - butt he is nott. And this ends with mommy broke, SHAKY JAKE in prison, and everything his dead daddy built destroyed and lost.

Pay yer damned delinquent AMEX bills, SHAKY JAKE!

Yer mom will wind up getting one of these EBT cards

Jakes whole life, his entire existence personally and professionally has been nothing more than to pretend or project himself to be more than or something that he's not. Simultaneously scheming and scamming his way to what he considers to be or sees as "success" instead of earning an honest buck through integrity and hard work. Sad.

Maybe the new IR firm can explain if my maths below from a quick read of the Q3 financials correctly calculates the underlying Q3 cash collections figure as I must have made a mistake as surely it can't be this low without larger provisions against the carrying value of assets?

The closing Q3 Accounts Receivable figure (before provisions) being carried on the balance sheet was $7,525,232 higher than the opening figure

As this movement is only $15,606 less than the reported Q3 Turnover figure this presumably implies that total cash collections during the quarter were just $15,606 from both the PRO and passive royalty assets held during the quarter before disposal of one of the main passive royalty streams during Q4.

The P&L expense for bad and doubtful debts in the quarter of $7,246,026 equals the movement on the allowance for doubtful accounts shown on the company balance sheet so there were no bad debt write offs or write backs during the quarter distorting the cash collections calculation above

If the company is indeed only collecting $15,606 from Sales and Accounts Receivable each quarter it calls into question the company revenue recognition policy and the carrying value of both the Net Accounts Receivable figure still shown on the balance sheet ( despite the high level of provisions already made) and the carrying value of the Goodwill from the acquisition of PRO Music Rights also being carried on the company balance sheet as nearly all revenues accrued in since the acquisition seem to have been reversed out during the last three quarters

I have a long list of other questions if the company or it's IR are interested in taking investor questions seriously

Spotify Countersues Indie Label, Alleging Massive Streaming Fraud & Millions of Fake Accounts

In November 2019, indie hip-hop label Sosa Entertainment and its founder, 20-year-old Jake Noch, filed a lawsuit against Spotify that alleged the streaming service failed to pay royalties on over 550 million streams of its music. The suit, which was also brought on behalf of Noch’s PRO Pro Music Rights (which was later removed), sought $150,000 in statutory damages for each infringement, and alleged that Spotify removed its music not because it detected “abnormal streaming activity,” as the service claimed, but because it was trying to dodge paying royalties on the streams.

Now, Spotify has fired back with a countersuit alleging that Noch “designed a scheme to artificially generate hundreds of millions of fraudulent streams” in order to “manipulate Spotify’s system to extract undeserved royalties at the expense of hardworking artists and songwriters.” The filing, which is supported by screenshots of messages allegedly between Noch and a “bot farmer” and charts that show streams on Noch’s music go from zero into the hundreds of thousands in a matter of days, also alleges that Noch directed the bot farmer to create millions of fake accounts and changed the names of songs in his catalog to closely resemble those of established hit songs, like XXXTentacion’s “SAD!” and DJ Snake’s “Taki Taki.”

BY DAN RYS

Indie Hip-Hop Label Files Suit Against Spotify Over Catalog Takedown

Noch, who lists himself as the chief executive of Sosa and Pro Music Rights, as well as a handful of additional music companies, has quite the proud litigious history, having released several press releases touting lawsuits against Spotify, Apple, Google, YouTube, Amazon, SoundCloud, Pandora, Deezer, iHeartRadio and more. Pro Music Rights claims a database of some 2 million tracks, including more than 23,000 by various artists using some form of the name “LEGATO,” like LEGATO_DIMY, LEGATODE45, LEGATODI001, LEGATOGILL2002 and LEGATOKAL999, to name a few.

According to Spotify’s counterclaim, filed Monday (May 18), the service first detected artificial streaming activity on Noch’s content in March 2016 and eventually banned his music from the service, before extending that ban to all content related to Noch. Noch then tried to “smuggle” the content back onto the service using slightly different names and created millions of fake accounts to stream that music.

In June 2016, a whistleblower contacted Spotify with screenshots that purported to show Noch directing the person to create millions (direct quote: “i need millions”) of fake accounts. And while Spotify had identified the fraud a few months prior, the company had already paid a small amount of royalties to Sosa and Noch — royalties that otherwise would have gone to legitimate songwriters with songs being streamed by legitimate fans. According to the complaint, for one of Noch’s albums that jumped from zero streams to more than 400,000 in just days, 99% of its streams came from Spotify’s ad-supported free tier and from accounts registered to male users in the United States, a pattern that was also found for other works.

Noch then changed distributors and changed the names of some of his companies in order to dodge Spotify’s fraud detection systems, with slightly different artist names, song titles and cover artwork. In one section of the complaint, attorneys wrote that “analysts at Spotify found that 5,500 ‘users’ streaming one of the Sosa albums ‘originated’ from a small American town with a total population of 10,000. For that album, the stream count jumped from zero to 749,000 streams in a span of only two days… This pattern is highly anomalous and not at all correlated to any possible pattern of genuine streaming activity.”

In another example from the complaint, in what the filing calls “title track parasitism,” Noch and Sosa uploaded tracks called “SAD!” with the same punctuation as the XXXTentacion hit, and “Taki Take,” shortly after the similarly-named DJ Snake song reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. Some of the tracks that Noch and Sosa would release on Spotify were AI-generated sound loops.

In all, Spotify’s counterclaim seeks relief for fraud, fraudulent concealment, breach of contract, indemnification, unjust enrichment and deceptive business practices. As another line in the complaint reads, “This was one of the most egregious fraudulent streaming operations from a single rights holder that Spotify had to deal with in its company’s history.”

After the publication of this story, Noch provided a comment to Billboard which reads, in part, “Spotify’s claims are laughable… I also greatly look forward to the day we get to go to court, and I hope that all of Spotify’s shareholders will pay close attention to these cases… Time will prove that we are right.”

Jake is now making it clear:

1) He will dump $24M to line his pockets
2) Then he will use the 3a10 for capital formation

This stock is COOKED. Trips incoming!

In my humble opinion delaying publication of the Q3 financials potentially only increases negative speculation about the current financial situation of the company particularly in light of the huge write offs of accrued revenues from prior periods reported in both the Q1 and Q2 accounts you shared and the huge debt to the CEO from accrued salaries on the company balance sheet.

He has no reason to release Q3 because there is no value in promoting more fraud.] only for us to call him out on it. Better he just doesnt file

Heck, I don't see a Q-2 as well. Last I see is Q-1 2024-07-15... Maybe I missed it. All the Q's are marked as a 1-U... Don't understand that.

When does he tell us he was just a "parody" OTC CEO as an excuse as to why he sucks so bad at this?

I guess since Jake recently announced that he was actually a parody rapper, this should now be viewed as a parody interview.

Instead of sitting on iHub all night getting banned and making up a burner and getting banned, maybe the CEO should be getting the Q3 fins done and submitted?

I don't understand how Jake P Noch can be a composer member of both BMI and a composer member of PRO Music Rights Inc as the BMI rules are very clear "each songwriter or composer may belong to only one performing right organization at any given time, so each PRO licenses a unique repertoire of music."

Jake has already claimed here on iHub that he makes more in royalties every month from his old parody rap releases than in a year from his royalty exchange purchases. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175034782
Can you ask him to provide proof of this.
Also, why is most of his parody rap 100% in the BMI catalog but also in the Pro Music Rights catalog?

Here's a parody rap track by Jake which has only had 126 views on YouTube in the past 6 years. Is this one included in the "few thousand dollars a month"?

One full month has now nearly passed since you were approinted as the IR and we are still waiting for answers.

We have seen the SONG share price continue plummeting a further 80% to 0.0175 from 0.1 when you were appointed just a month ago continuing the downward trend that led to the earlier 5000,000 : 1 reverse split despite all the new PR hype about buying minority music rights in works that happen to have been recorded by famous artists

When is the company or you going to answer the funadamental questions raised on this and other forums about the both the high level of debt building up on the company balance sheet and about the potentially flawed PRO music rights business model ?

To simply cover the $12m annual salary being claimed by the CEO would require $120m of new investment in new music IP rights yielding say 10% per annum before ordinary shareholders would even start to see a single cent of that income. Hence the  company would probably need to raise closer to $240m if it was relying on buying assets from websites such as royalty exchange as its core business model before ordinary shareholders could start to expect even a 5% yield once the debt that already built up on the company balance sheet and the CEO salary has been paid

Why would investors buy SONG shares and not just buy music or other royalty rights direct themselves from sites such as royalty exchange without the $12 million per annum admin costs of the SONG CEO?
