                      ALPHA Airports Group Plc ("ALPHA")
                            Organisational Changes

When the planned sale of ALPHA's Retail Division, announced in February, has
been completed, ALPHA will become a focused Airline Services company.  It is
the Company's strategy to extend its regional airport networks and offer
customers a wider range of Catering and Ground Handling services.  ALPHA plans
to widen and deepen its already strong UK Catering network, and extend this to
build a full European network.  Similarly, the Company intends to expand its
Ground Handling operations both in the United States and the UK and mainland
Europe.

To streamline the organisation, Kevin Abbott, Chief Executive, will also
assume the role of Catering Managing Director. Moreover, the three Group and
Divisional offices in West London will be amalgamated to create a single Group
and Catering Head Office.  As a result, Paul Ashworth, Managing Director,
Catering Division, will be leaving the Company.  The Board of ALPHA wishes to
thank Paul for his contribution over the past year.

Kevin Abbott, Chief Executive of ALPHA said:

streamline its organisation and that our Catering Division can help our Ground
Handling Division generate new business in Europe.  This improvement of the
management structure will facilitate ALPHA's growth."
