Endurance Merger Update

On 28 March 2017, Sompo Holdings, Inc. ("Sompo") completed its acquisition (the "Merger") of Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. ("Endurance"). Upon closing the Merger, Sompo became the ultimate parent holding company of Blue Capital Management Ltd., Investment Manager to Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited. Through its ownership of Endurance, Sompo indirectly holds 28.0% of the ordinary shares of the Company.
