Brammer plc has today been notified that AXA S.A. and its Group Companies are
interested in 2,963,703 ordinary shares in the Company. These shares are
represented by a beneficial interest of 1,320,000 shares (2.76%) and a
non-beneficial interest of 1,643,703 shares (3.43%).
