                                 Result of AGM                                 

At the Company's annual general meeting held today all resolutions (as set out
in the Notice of AGM dated 15 November 2005) were passed. As a result, the
issue of the following warrants, exercisable at a price of 2.5p per share, to
Directors was confirmed and ratified.
