As at the close of business on 28 May 2010, the unaudited net asset values per 
Share were as follows:

The Company, during the second quarter to the end of May, received EUR2,581,185 
worth of cash flow from its investments in subordinated securities of which an 
estimated EUR1,959,658(1) has been allocated to Income. The Company has accrued, 
in the same period, an estimated EUR246,888 in income from debt securities and 
cash investments. Expenses during the period were 239,742 EUR. As a result, the 
estimated Net Income available for distributions during the quarter is, as at 28 
May 2010, EUR1,966,803 or EUR 0.01381 per Share(2) 
The Company took advantage of the market volatility in May to purchase five new 
mezzanine investments. As a result, as at 28 May, the Company was effectively 
fully invested.
