The Directors of Crystalband, the holding company for Frame 1 (2004) Limited,
which provides standard and made to measure PVC windows and doors to building
merchants and trade suppliers, are pleased to announce the appointment of Justin
Brendan Peter Duane as Managing Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Justin (aged 38) has previously been a director of Jusper Holdings Ltd, a family
business in the retail food and drink sector based in Dublin, from November 2002
until March 2003.

In addition, the resignations of John Leslie Mark and Stephen Philip Collins
have been formally accepted by the Board and they will step down with immediate
effect.

There are no additional disclosures required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM
Rules.
