APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS


The Board of Deep-Sea Leisure is pleased to announce the appointment of Angel
Barrachina and Jesus de Ramon-Laca as non-executive directors of the Company
with effect from 26 September 2002.
