NYSE Listing Update

Filing of amended F-1 Registration Statement

The Company announces that it has filed an Amendment #3 to its registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its A Ordinary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE").

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

A further announcement concerning the timing of the offering and the expected AIM delisting will be made in due course.
