9.6.14, FDM Group announces that Peter Whiting, Senior Independent
Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, is
to be appointed to the board of Aurrigo International Plc as a
non-executive director and as chair of its audit committee with
effect from 1 February 2024. Aurrigo International Plc is listed on
AIM (being the market of that name operated and regulated by the
London Stock Exchange).
