              Result of Extraordinary General Meeting


FishWorks announces that following its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")
held today, all proposed resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.


The EGM was convened primarily to seek the necessary authorities to approve a
placing of Ordinary shares of 1p each to raise approximately #2.3 million at a
placing price of 6p per Share.


Application has been made for the 38,350,000 new Ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM.  It is expected that trading in the Ordinary shares will
commence on Tuesday, 11th December 2007.
