LETTING OF UNIT 2 AT BLACKWOOD BUSINESS PARK
Hawtin PLC ("Hawtin" or "the Company"), the south Wales based property
investment company, is pleased to announce that it has finalised a lease on Unit
2, Blackwood Industrial Park with CCS McLays, who provide a single source supply
service to retailers in packaging and print management services.
This 54,000 sq.ft space is being let on a ten year lease at a rent rising to
GBP64,815 per annum with an initial six month rent free period.
With this lease completed, Hawtin has reduced its void space from a high of 41%
as at 30 June 2009, to 12%, and with other leases being finalised, expects to
reduce its void space even further in the coming months.
