The Company announces that is has today repurchased 16,525 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 95.83 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 54,730,550 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 162,111,245.
