The Company was notified today that on 2 September 2015 Michael Peter Methley, a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1045.1892 pence per Share. Following the transfer, the total beneficial interest in Shares held by Michael Peter Methley and his connected persons is 35,649. Shares.
