Appointment of interim CFO
Manx Telecom Plc (AIM:MANX; the "Company"), the leading
communication solutions provider on the Isle of Man, has appointed
Paul Tierney as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect
from 22 June 2015.
Paul is a professional Interim CFO with 14 years of senior
interim finance positions. Most recently Paul has held senior
short-term roles at Lantmannen Unibake UK, a privately-held bakery
products manufacturer, One Fifty One Plc, a EUR300m energy and
environment investment company, and Hearst Magazines UK, one of the
country's leading media companies with 20 magazine brands and 20
digital assets.
As previously announced, Gary Lamb, the Company's CFO since
2011, replaced Mike Dee as Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2015.
Recruitment for a permanent CFO has commenced and shareholders will
be updated in due course.
During his time with Manx Telecom, Paul will not be a Director
of the Company or a member of the Executive Board and will report
to Gary Lamb.
