Completion of Sale and Delisting

Max announces that the sale by Max of the entire issued share capital of MPG Opco to Marina Topco (Jersey) Limited approved by shareholders on 11 August 2014 has completed today.

Consequently, following the previously announced approval by Shareholders at the Company's EGM on 11 August 2014, the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM and the CISE of the Company's Ordinary Shares will become effective from 7.00am tomorrow, 19 August 2014. Shareholders should note that today is the last day of dealing in Ordinary Shares of the Company on AIM and the CISE.
