Miller Fisher Group plc, the provider of outsourcing services to the insurance

Malcolm Hughes to the Board of Directors with effect from 15 June 2001.
Malcolm is currently head of Miller Farrell, Miller Fisher's Irish subsidiary,
which completed the successful acquisition and integration of Brian Collins

International Operations, encompassing the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Latin
America as well as Ireland.
Stephen Pyatt, the current Group Managing Director, having been with the

During the past year, Miller Fisher has focused on reorganising the Group as a

management changes which are set out below and which reflect the Group's new
structure and its increased focus on its expanding outsourcing activities.
Tom Anderson has been appointed Group Chief Operating Officer with
responsibility for all operations, including Adjusting and Inspection Services
and Third Party Administration. Tom, who joined the Group in February 2001,
was previously Managing Director of the Third Party Administration Division.
Tim Gregory, previously IT Director of BACS, the world's largest automated
clearing house, joins Miller Fisher on 18 June as Technology Director, with
particular responsibility for the Technology and E-Commerce strategy. Prior to
joining BACS, Tim was Head of IT at Lloyd's of London.
Bev FitzGerald, will be responsible for the Group's Business Development Team,
covering Customer Acquisition, Marketing and Client Retention. Bev was
previously Chief Executive of the Adjusting and Inspection Division.
Commenting on the appointments, Kevin Kenny, Group Chief Executive, said:
"We are delighted to have completed the final stage of our reengineering
programme. Miller Fisher Group is now one entity, with one focus, and that is
to consolidate and improve on our position as a leading provider of
outsourcing services to the insurance and financial services industries. We
will now build on the solid foundation that we have created over the past year
to further develop the range and quality of services that our clients have
come to expect from us. With the new team in place, we look forward to the
future with confidence."
