Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Music Festivals plc (AIM: MFP) announces that Merchant Securities Limited has given notice that it has resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

If a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed by 7:00am on 26 November 2012, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled pursuant to Rule 1 of the AIM Rules For Companies.
