Director Shareholding 
 
 
Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or "the Company") announces that Geoffrey Davis, 
Managing Director of the Company has today exercised options in respect of 
600,000 new ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company, at an exercise 
price of Aus$0.4334 per share. 
 
 
Following the exercise of options, as described above, Geoffrey Davis in now 
interested in a total of 5,502,500 ordinary shares in the Company which 
represents approximately 3.23 per cent of the issued share capital of the 
Company. 
 
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and 
application will be made for 600,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 24 December 2009. 
 
Following the issue of the new ordinary shares, the Company has a total of 
170,381,960 ordinary shares of nil par value in issue.
