Interim Announcement of Results to 31 December 2003


OEM notes this morning's announcement that trading in its shares has been
suspended pending release of the Company's interim results statement.


Production of the interim report has been unavoidably delayed following the
sudden death of OEM's Chief Executive, Brian Schneider, earlier this month.


The Company expects to be in a position to release its interim statement within
the next three weeks, following which trading in the Company's shares will
recommence.
