         Oriel Resources to dual list on Toronto Stock Exchange



Oriel Resources ("Oriel" or "the Company"), the nickel, chrome and gold company,
announces that it has made and had accepted an application for the listing and
posting of its Ordinary Shares to be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange, in
addition to its listing in London. The Company has received confirmation that
shares will start trading at the open of business in Toronto on Friday, February
25, 2005 under the symbol "ORL".

Dr Sergey Kurzin, Executive Chairman and CEO of Oriel, commented:

"Today's announcement is a positive move for Oriel Resources. The listing in
Toronto will provide us with a deeper capital base, whilst providing greater
liquidity for all shareholders. The Canadian marketplace is a knowledgeable
