Directorate change 
 
The Board announces that Adrian Gare has decided that he wishes to leave the 
Company and to return to a corporate finance based role rather than remaining in 
a commercial role with a public quoted company.  The Board wish him well.  He 
will leave the Company on 30 April 2010 but will step down from the Board with 
immediate effect. 
 
Sceptre is fortunate to have a strong and experienced finance function with 
Lesley Humphrys (the former Group FD) currently FD operations and Mark White 
(formerly FD of Gamingking) currently FD Lotteryking.  Between them they will 
assume Adrian's day to day responsibilities.
