Prospective Change of Name
Change of Name
The board of Sefton (the "Board") is pleased to announce that
the Company has incorporated a new wholly owned UK subsidiary,
Stryker Petroleum Limited, as part of its process of the Company
moving its head office to the UK, as announced on 23 March 2015.
The Board is currently considering putting forward a resolution at
the Company's next Annual General Meeting to change the Company's
name to Stryker Petroleum Inc. as part of the broader updated
strategy, as announced on 2 February 2015.
The Company is exhibiting at the UK Investor Show 2015 being
held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Central London
tomorrow, at which the Stryker Petroleum brand will be
launched.
Share Price Movement
The Board again note today's further movement in the Company's
share price, and wish to confirm there has been no material change
since the announcement of 15 April 2015 (the "Announcement"). The
Board continues to be focussed on moving forward with the matters
outlined in the Announcement and is making progress with all
aspects.
