The Company received notification on 17th January 2005 that following purchases
totalling 7,800,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 14th January
2005, Morley Fund Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, has an interest
in 11,650,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing
approximately 5.70% of the Company's current issued share capital. The
