Holding in the Company

The Company today received notification that following purchases totalling 
750,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 26th May 2005, Morley Fund
Management Limited, a subsidiary of Aviva plc, has an interest in 29,400,000 
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing approximately 14.20% 
of the Company's current issued share capital. The registered holders are as
follows:
