    ("VMG" or "the Group")

    Placing 

    Vision Media Group (International) plc (AIM:VMG), the outdoor media contractor, announces that it has successfully raised gross proceeds
of �120,000 by way of a placing of 3,619,909 new Ordinary Shares to institutional investors at an issue price of 3.315 pence per share. 

    Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission
will become effective and that dealing will commence on 9 December 2008.  The 3,619,909 new Ordinary Shares, will rank pari passu with the
Group's existing ordinary shares.

    Following this notification, the total number of shares in issue will stand at 99,174,792.

    Mike Cottman, Executive Chairman of VMG, said: "We are pleased to confirm a further placing of equity in line with our previously
announced fund raising for the continued development of our business.  The first batch of our new Iconic pods has been successfully deployed
and we now have 56 new portrait panels in major shopping malls.  The new screens are currently showing our first digital advertising
provided by Clear Channel Outdoor under the terms of our 10-year national advertising sales contract which has now commenced.  Our roll out
plan for the Pods will continue in January and throughout 2009 and we anticipate being able to air adverts on 250 digital panels at the end
of February.

expanding our network of shopping malls."
