Versarien Plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering
group, is pleased to confirm that at the General Meeting of the
Company held earlier today, the ordinary resolution proposed to
receive the Directors' Report and the audited financial statements
for the year ended 31 March 2020, together with the Independent
Auditors' Report thereon, was duly passed.
