Yes. A lot of the CM stocks are real junk. MULN is one of them.

I think Nasdaq realizes they have a bit of a cash cow with its Capital Markets tier. With the changes to 15c2-11 it has made it difficult for diluting scammers to play their game in the OTC so they have found ways to move to NASDAQ CM.

What’s interesting is to look at that index’s performance…it is terrible…driven down primarily by the diluted crap it holds.

Until some more respectable firms in CM start moving to the NYSE/ARCA on mass I doubt Naz will change anything.

1;20 R/S in December ....
Then , GOEV /Canoo ( known for their " skateboard EV chassis/van" ) went BK;
Chapter 7 Liquidation in January.
iirc, GOEV/GOEVQ PPS went from $ 1.40 down to .14 in a couple of months !
No big surprise that smaller EV makers all over the world. including Asia, get squeezed
