That comment from the peanut gallery would be “brutal” if it had any technical evidence against the future adoption of polymers.

Instead, it just sounds like more classic Pitcook, TPeele-style whining...

Do you pronounce ECOC like pozo? Hahaha, a queer way of pronouncing it, he has, huh?, a real emphasis on his favorite part.... very UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY INSULTING to normal ahem, things. This industry has its problems with the PEOPLE, it seems...

No INSIDER BUYS at market with their own money...so stop with the grift support system... he doesn't need the job, believes in the company, just not enough to take risk on it by buying shares. Many seem to be hoping the marcinobodi family gets no benefit from expiring shares. It REALLY SEEMS He has done nothing but SCREW shareholders with dilution and personal self dealing.

in Yves Safecapital interview investors learned that the Tier 1 Design-In cycle is "typically 18-24 months" start to finish including 4 distinct phases, of which Yves told investors he is already well into Phases 1 & 2 which is where the Customer engagement generally inks the Design-In deal, so let's see what comes of the Yves interactions at OFC 2025 March 31-April 3, also let's keep in mind that the Design-In cycle may well be shortening now with the onslaught of increased data requirements of AI, here from the 2024 ASM

How long does it take to design in for a datacenter customer Tier1?

Given G-AI, design in cycles have shortened that range from 20-50% depending on each customer. Our flexible business model allows us to work with OEMs, CMs, and their relationships with foundries.

Yves Safecapital interview also confirms what I have theorized and been posting here the whole time since the Business Strategy changed!!

Lebby was taking on a Herculean task in-house with a woefully understaffed Devices team trying to meet the demands of CUSTOM 4x200 PIC's (listen to Yves starting at 14 mins) of several of the world's largest Transceiver makers on 3 Continents, and although he had these Devices in Qualifications, they were not completed when the Strategy shift occurred, so presumably those Tier 1's were given a head start over the Partners/Customers targeted "from scratch" some of which may have been Tier 1's that Lebby "put on hold" when he was picking and choosing what he called his "Freindly's after the overwhelming success of LWLG 200Gbs modulators on 200mm Wafers with EXCEEDINGLY HIGH YIELDS!!!!

so who are the new Partners/Customers? read my post here
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175964182

Nobody was fired like the Shorts want you to believe, these "Integrated Devices" will now be built by MANY companies who do this kind of thing everyday, it's their business after all!!!

The PkM materials have ZERO issues with Reliability & Stability!!!! The Industry has accepted this now already!!!!

Listen to Yves discuss all of this in this interview!!

worth another LQQk, The foundry ecosystem is ready to produce,.our material is much easier than TFLN

On the RIGHT is a comparison to other commercial Polymer materials development companies

Maybe because you are blind to the truth. It's a common affliction brought to you by Satan himself, the Great Deceiver. Maybe you wouldn't recognize the truth if it were staring you right in the face. It has happened many times throughout history and in the world today.

PATENTS!!!! You told us 8 years ago that our patents were worth 10"s of millions of Dollars and at least $20 a share. Now that we have 10 times more than before, how many $Billions are they worth if we just sold them, and how many hundreds of dollars a share are share are they worth?

The industry tried for years and gave up.  If you don't believe it do some research.  I saw it working, I saw the testing equipment.  Going out in a couple weeks to talk to management again.  What was learned in making the teenyweeny modulators will be provided to the industry for use their existing modulators to speed them up using lightwaves material with LWLGs PDKs in a foundry ( 2 onboard) with more to come. More than likely a royalty arrangement, but I still say a buyout is in order. Yes it has been a long road but that is the point, this takes times to prove out because the industry couldn't do it, meanwhile Lightwave quietly filed patents on the material, devices, ALD protection applied in foundries, waveguides grating couplers  etc.

Looking forward to meeting Yves and seeing others again.

X,  An 18 wheeler flipped over the guardrail, slid down the mountain upside down and burned up big time, no survivors, saw them using cranes to drag it up the hillside, it was 1/2 mile short of the runaway ramp, and we were just talking about how often they are used nowadays. Driver and brakes to blaim. I wonder if an autonomous truck would have made that same mistake on the driver side and on the mechanical side if better brakes could be designed and installed by robots?

EO polymers represent the road to success? How much revenue could they generate in the most optimistic scenario? Like no one else can manufacture EO polymers? It all seems so farcical, so comical. Nothing else has worked - transceivers/modulators - so they're down to their last straw.

And the point that so many have been making that there has been no insider buying tells a lot. Management has no confidence that this endeavor will succeed. In other companies, insiders will buy the stock, even if they're uncertain about eventual success, just to ensure shareholders that there's hope at the end of the tunnel. But you guys are not seeing that here.

Today we share that Polariton is featured in a dedicated article on IEEE Spectrum! With access to 500’000 members we just expanded the reach of plasmonics by a quantum step.

Our electro-optic modulators have reached an industry-first 3 dB EO bandwidth of 1 THz. This marks a major leap enabling sub-THz communication applications. Read all about it here: https://lnkd.in/eV69H-g6

In his article Matthew S Smith interviews Juerg Leuthold and Benedikt Baeuerle, and mentions the contributions of the other co-founders Claudia Hoessbacher, Wolfgang Heni.

“Our modulator is a solution for the next generation of transceivers for data centers and AI clusters that require high-speed and compact integration,” says Bene. He notes that high-speed transceivers, including “next-generation” 3.2T (terabits per second) transceivers, is the current challenge.

If you're curious about plasmonic technology and its real-world applications, talk to us: http://www.polariton.ch !

I found this comment more Alain interesting

Thank you Yves LeMaitre for this update, following your Asian tour of potential partners and customers. As illustrated by the recent publication of your hashtag#BEOL hashtag#polymer hashtag#PDKs and noted partnership with Singapore based foundry @AdvancedMicroFoundry , at the time when the Taiwanese-based SEMI association is launching a Silicon Photonic Industry Alliance (hashtag#SiPhIA) ,see https://www.eejournal.com/industry_news/semi-silicon-photonics-industry-alliance-launches-three-special-interest-groups-to-lay-out-a-technology-roadmap/ , with working groups in system hashtag#integration hashtag#Copackaging etc... the Asian ecosystem is certainly positioning itself for growth! And I am glad Lightwave Logic, Inc. is a part of it! Hopefully member companies from Optica and/or EPIC - EUROPEAN PHOTONICS INDUSTRY CONSORTIUM will also decide to accelerate their investments in their next generation record breaking, power saving, hashtag#CMOS compatible and future proofing solution! Polariton interview says Plasmonics 400gbs lanes will scale by 2027, they could be the dominant force because they are the only technology that can scale speeds in excess of 1Tb for single lanes in the future, so why not be adopted in 2027

Polariton 1THz modulators can scale!!! listen to the interview, only minor engineering left to be done!!! the science is PROVEN!!! with LWLG INSIDE!!!! Listen starting at 8 minutes Polariton will be the FIRST to have production volumes at 400Gbs lanes, and can extend to speeds in excess of 1Tbs lanes!!! with LWLG INSIDE!!!!

https://picmagazine.net/video/610/Record-breaking_bandwidth_of_1.1_THz_for_plasmonic_modulators

Nokia and @googlecloud are teaming up to revolutionize energy efficiency in telecom networks.

Nokia and @googlecloud are teaming up to revolutionize energy efficiency in telecom networks.

Watch the interview from #MWC25 to learn how this partnership helps reduce energy consumption, optimize network performance, and accelerate the journey toward Autonomous Networks:… pic.twitter.com/spHZHtYUha

— Nokia (@nokia) March 20, 2025

Adagium's quoted from Polariton, (Nvidia) InfiniBand 1600G GDR (x4): implemented with 4x 400G per lane channels, 224 GBaud PAM4
InfiniBand 3200G GDR (x4): implemented with 4x 800G per lane channels, 448 GBaud PAM4
Ethernet 3.2TbE: implemented with 8x 400G per lane, 224 GBaud

While the industry is evaluating various electro-optic platforms, Polaritons enables customers today. At OFC 2025 we release new eye diagrams measured of ring resonator modulators measured with 1550 nm devices. O-band 1310 nm are on the way and can be sampled for customers as early as Q2/2025.

Reducing the number of lanes in transceivers improves yield, enhances reliability, and lowers power consumption. With a corner frequency of approximately 145 GHz, our ring resonator modulators (RRMs) support data rates beyond 200 GBaud PAM4 — exceeding 400G per lane.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175933587

A few things.

First, I still believe that Nokia/Infinera are involved silently here based on Lebby interview after inking first commercial deal when asked about what company it was with Lebby said, "it could be a company or more than one company"

Second, with the Mass Commercial Timeline being pushed out 1 year from 2026 to 2027 there is now adequate time for Polariton/LWLG to overcome engineering hurdles to scale volume production of 400Gb lanes (and beyond, what this means is that LWLG's initial Customer was not only a testbed of commercial acceptance/viability, but it has quickly become the lead racer for true next-gen solutions powered by 400Gb lanes in 2027

Keep in mind the phrase "anything you can do we can do better" because it is highly applicable here, Polariton is using "off the shelf (generic) MRR's, and investors have already learned from several of my posts here the LWLG's Polymers can GREATLY ENHANCE MRR technology which is the cornerstone of Inte/Ayars next-gen developments, MRR's have to incorporate individual heater IC's with every MRR to tightly control temperature variations, LWLG Polymers can minimize the need for this if not completely eliminate it, also LWLG Polymers provide another added benefit of reducing the need for DSP

Thirdly, the push to accommodate the MASSIVE needs of AI have greatly accelerated the Timeline for the higher speed lanes, but they also must be able to lower power usage, LWLG Polymers can reduce the overall system power requirements by up to 20% (from Andy B - Arista on low power modulators some time back)

It is interesting to look back at the TImeline of the various modulation speeds that were predominant and the length to time until the next-gen replaced them, let's just say that the time between generations has been GREATLY REDUCED in the last handful of years, and the speed/power requirements for true next-gen are running currently at a pace of roughly 1-2 years!!

And I had you pegged from the first month I was invested here. When I asked critical questions, you and the close-minded goon squad attacked me, just like you still attack Ted. Years ago now, I questioned the vague timelines that lwlg put on its slides, only to change the vagueness in various forms. Remember when they pumped the various push/pull customers and being pulled along by the tier ones? Imaginary business relationships! So, now, basically, RIGHT MAKES MIGHT here. You Scope, are now (always have been) one of the many Betas on the
board. In essence, you should keep Ted's (and my) name out of your mouth.

You're also wrong AGAIN. Ted doesn't talk about Reverse Split, only Russell inclusion. Russell is the immediate threat to the stock price. Reverse Split would be the "nuclear option"--save yourself for one day, only to be destroyed the next.

To say that the "downside is negligible now" is ridiculous. Is another 50/60/70 percent down negligible? It just makes you sound like another penny stock, gambling dirtbag. I've got zero shares of lwlg since selling out at $3.something and finally $1.70. Took a $100,000 loss. You need to tell everyone how many shares you have, and what average you have, since you seem to enjoy throwing money away.....if you don't come from family money, enjoy working until you die..

- TFLN will NOT be good for speeds above the current 800/1600!!!
- TFLN operates at 2V and does NOT eliminate the DRIVER!!!!
- TFLN has a COMPLEX process in Foundries and it also carries significant risks to CONTAMINATION in the Foundries!!!!
- TFLN has SUPPLY ISSUES as the great majority of the material is single sourced and from China!!

worth another LQQk, The foundry ecosystem is ready to produce, Our material is much easier than TFLN

Note, Mark L has been for the last 20 years #1 LWLG hater, and he is plugged in to the Industry Big Dogs, something nobody can deny, Mark L said he flipped "mainly" because his respect for Yves, but Mark L said good things about Yves at the time he joined the BOD too, so something that Mark was hearing at the OFC changed his tune, if anybody is privy to hearing the rumblings on the train tracks it is Mark L, so I'm certain that he is getting strong vibes from the big boys that LWLG Polymers are about to be implemented by them now!!!

A seismic shift just occurred when the most negative guy on the planet on LWLG just flipped and turned positive!! Keep in mind Mark L is the "analyst" that teddybear has been waving as his victory flag in front of all the Longs here for the past two years!!! He's the one that teddybear said NOBODY is talking about LWLG Polymers!!!! Here's a link to the LinkedIn thread with Mark L's capitulation which can be found in the comments

This is the clearest signal you will ever get to load your boat with as many shares as you possibly can!!!!

Haha, he didn't need the job, believes in the company but won't buy shares? Doesn't add up...

It almost feels like the company is starting over again . Absolutely no interest in the shares. Trading in a thousand of a cent on the spreads. Just incredible how Lebby destroyed whatever credibility they had with customers. What a creep he turned out to be.

Wonder if Pepe will allow a tour of the famous labs this year. Unless he performs a miracle, this is going to be a depressing AGM next month.

Why would he buy shares, if he's trying to do a deal?

When Lightwave Logic uses the term "controlled availability" in their news release regarding their Process Design Kit (PDK), it signifies a strategic approach to the distribution of their technology. Here's a breakdown of what that generally implies:

Selective Distribution:
"Controlled availability" suggests that the PDK isn't being released for unrestricted, open access. Instead, it's being provided to a select group of partners, customers, or foundries.

Strategic Partnerships:
This approach often indicates that the company is focusing on establishing key strategic partnerships to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of their technology.

Phased Rollout:
It can also imply a phased rollout, where the technology is initially provided to a limited number of entities for testing, validation, and feedback before wider release.

Quality Control:
By maintaining control over the availability, Lightwave Logic can better manage quality control and ensure that the technology is being used correctly.

Protecting Intellectual Property:
It can also be a way to protect their intellectual property while still allowing for collaboration.

Focused Development:
By limiting distribution, the company can focus their development efforts and support on a smaller, more manageable group.

In the context of Lightwave Logic's news, "controlled availability" likely means they are working closely with specific semiconductor foundries and partners to integrate their electro-optic polymers into silicon photonics. This allows them to:

Ensure the technology is properly implemented.

Gather valuable feedback.

Refine their processes before broader commercialization.

Essentially, it's a measured and strategic approach to bringing their technology to market.

so..."controlled availability" what this means is that LWLG is part of the implementation process, the Customer signs on as Design Win for LWLG and LWLG's team is there to assist the PDK implementation for you ie controlled availability

Back End Of Line (BEOL) process encompasses key steps including EO polymer application, patterning and etching, Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) encapsulation, EO polymer poling, contact pad opening, chip dicing, and end face creation and polishing. Crucially, the BEOL process is designed for compatibility with existing semiconductor fabrication lines, facilitating seamless integration with silicon photonic device manufacturing flows. This process offers flexibility, applicable at both wafer and chip levels up to the dicing stage.

Yves BUYS NO SHARES at market with his own money, and has had NO SUCCESS of new business announced at lwlg, since he started raking in the cash from the selling of shares (their dilution solution)...oh, but you never know with this insider group, he may have already "met goals". Hahaha, Sheesh, just pitiful.

I would assume Lebby has millions of shares. Wasnt the filing for 300K?

Who knows what his financial situation is since he lost his job, he could just be positioning himself to make a move if the opportunity presented itself.

We could turn the low share price around instantly, if only we would have won some major industry award! As crazy as it is but just think if we won two major awards the stock price would probably be $100.
