The court case is a separate matter.

As of Jan 31st, Otc companies do not require an Attorney Letter to get to Pink Current status.
It is being replaced by a management certification letter only

In other words, we will be Pink Current again quite soon, if Ben chooses to file the letter.

Update: #OTC will no longer require attorney letter for PINK current Status as of 01/31/25. Instead a Management Certification will be required.
