Yup.  May have been longer than that.  It's been a while since I was "invested" in this.  I sold all when Borders pumped it a year and a half ago.  Been occasionally flipping this since.  Take the opportunities the market gives you.  Usually I buy in low 0.01s but now it's in dubs and this shit ticker now has my attention once again.

I spun once and it landed on the line betwen "Another PR" and "Bring Back Borders." Yikes.

I spun 3 times and got pre-audit, another PR, tint reverse split...

I updated the MONI Decision Wheel to include options for Reverse Splits. I thought MONI management might need that option in order to upgrade to OTCQB since they are unable to maintain closing share price above $0.01 for 30 days on their own.

So much BS flying around pre audits, audits, uplist some BIG deal , whos on the BOD, but management for some reason is dead silent about everything .

Oh, puhleeze. All $mONI has to do is announce "some deal." As long as $mONI doesn't publish a REAL press release, chances are good .01 will return. Who needs stinkin' revenue in the pinks?

As for "They need to complete an audit" - they've already did a post merger audit ("They" say anyway). Now "they"re doing a "pre-audit." IMO, the problem may be that to uplist, "they" need an audited ANNUAL report and therein lies the sticky part...

The share price is moot atm . They need to complete an audit . If they finish that task the sp would more than likely rise back to over a penny no problem. That or announce some deal that results in revenue .

Typical MO for a stinky pinky would be to wait till after the annual report is filed to make any additional announcements. That way they don't have to show any real information till the following 10-Q. Keep it late and keep it vague. Sad but true until proven otherwise. $mONI

Updates and get the audit done…then let’s get there and stay over that and apply for otcqb…or we lose our money. One will happen 😂

MONI hasn't closed above the magic $0.01 value since 2/20/25. Not looking very good for upgrade to OTCQB, which requires hitting this target for 30 consecutive day, and it's actually moving lower and further away. Bummer!

Perhaps management should start considering a new plan to help achieve that goal.
