Signature Bank (CE) (SBNY) Share Price

Looks like the "L"s may have dried up. NO trades on them today.

Wondering the same. Also many big players have bought major stakes in this. I imagined that they bought the shares as a way to control the remaining portfolio of assets and the stock would eventually go sub zero again, but it seems to be holding steady. Any thoughts on where this will go? I own 9600 shares so the poster that insinuated that I just wanted cheap shares is both wrong and unaware that the average investor (which I am) can not buy shares.

Anyone know what is going on with SBNY/SBNYL? I have some in Schwab and Schwab has not listed ANY info about them for ever, now all of a sudden everything is listed, ie. CUSIP, Number of Outstanding Shares, Pay Rate, EVERYTHING that goes with a current stock. Are we being relisted for trading or did Schwab just make a mistake?

When are the Feds going to quit playing around and close this thing out?????

FDIC said they have experts that are entitled to shut down a bank but by the same token have no experts that can certifly anything that can be given to the SEC.

Why is this stock on 15c2-11 rule when the FDIC is in control of providing documents that can be given to the SEC and they have failed. This sounds exactly the same as the Lady in charge of secret service that was at the Trump Rally in Butler and then deleted all her emails

The "L"s are cooking this morning, over 1 Mil traded so far. Next to nothing on the common.

Any one that has Schwab should check for SBNY today. They show SBNY lost $67.70 TODAY!!!!!!!! Ha Ha Ha Must be part of that IT problem.

This is the only stock on the expert market that went up and I sold it only because it was the only OTC stock I had that was up. Everything on the expert market has been totally destroyed why because the power to be deemed it.

As far as volume drying up.... I don't see that.

Can someone smarter than me chime in please. Why is volume drying up? Is it that MMs are done accumulating? Also, shouldn't there be some sort of news on P/L, and who/which entity would report; e.g., Blackrock, or some other stake holding entity. Thoughts?

This way this stock is moving is making zero sense to me, but I am holding on to it until it breaks $10 or .10 cents.

Someone just bought pre-market SBNY = 100,000 and SBNYL = 400,000 WOW dropped the price a little but still a BIG chunk of change. Something churning?????

I’m also on wits and holding over 100 k , haven’t cashed out all as I noticed large funds have accumulated some large positions. I did sell $200,000 worth go $SBNY.

Understand - that is why I part mine out slowly - 500 here and 500 there. My next sell is 1000 at $10.20. Holding on to my commons since they are basically sky is the limit. Those "L"s are maxed out at $25.

I,m still here. I only have 9600 shares. I had 25000 SBNYL but sold at 2 because I'm deficient.

There's a few hold outs over on Stocktwits. It's definitely not as dead as it is here.

Just covering some of my losses from the bad investments, also you never know what might happen in the future, don't want to get caught with my pants down - if you know what I meen.
Yes, I also own SBNY. I started buying the "L"s when I found them and stopped buying the commons and have quite a few "L"s, so selling a few here and there is no big deal. Only have about 4500 of the commons, have over 20K of the "L"s.
My next sell is the 500 at $10.20 and after that I have $20.50 for 1000. Will pull them if some news comes out about them paying off.
