Possibly, in the short term. In the medium/long term many businesses will bring (or return) their production facilities to the U.S. to avoid the tariffs. They've already started to make huge commitments to manufacturing investment. 

Agreed, there are other undercurrents going on here.

I just don't put as much stock in "covering the gaps" as others (no pun intended).

But while the broader market is down, might as well cover them.

Assuming they start the P3's rather than find a buyer/partner, I wouldn't be shocked to see price drop into the 20's or lower at some point this year, especially if we get an 'overdue' bear market.
