that the Company's subsidiary, Xinyi Fluorite Company, Ltd.
("Xinyi") was selected among the first group of fluorite companies
whose production lines met the government standards.
Based in Jingde County, Anhui
Province, Xinyi's production line was one of the ten
production lines meeting standards established by Ministry of
Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of the P. R. China. China
Shen Zhou and its fluorite related subsidiaries will fully
cooperate with relevant government agencies for future
inspections.
