Starlink doesn't even have similar data speeds, and struggles with messaging. I'll never understand the hold it has over ASTS' share price.

The notes are a little different. The interest rate is lower than previous loan, at higher conversion price, and several years to repay. Also it appears they can repay in shares and cash. By 2030 it shouldn't be an issue to close this dilution with revenue in the future.

it is dipping because of offering results in dilution, everything else is still on track, now they raised the money they don't have to for rest of the year.
