International Ltd. (NASDAQ: WILC) (the "Company" or
"Willi-Food"), a global company that specializes in the
development, marketing and international distribution of kosher
foods, today announced that it has adopted a policy of issuing a
regular annual dividend at a rate of at least 25% of its annual
after-tax revenues (out of earnings generated after December 31, 2013). The Company will review the
dividend policy regularly and any future dividends will be at the
discretion of the Board of Directors after taking into account the
Company's cash resources, projected cash needs, legal requirements
and other relevant matters.
In accordance with the new dividend policy, the Company also
announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular annual
cash dividend of $0.3776 per share
payable on December 21, 2016 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on December 8, 2016.
