The new share shave been accumulation in this range for weeks so you longs are getting covered up. I guess that is a good thing? 🤔Yeah, they won't have more shares to move with new promotion. The SEC qualification and amended offering can come at any time now. Not sure if I would waste more

The situation is in the process of unfolding. It probably will take some time.

I agree with your view in general regarding the risk associated with it.

I think also it will depend on one's unique circumstances, risk tolerance and the impact of the likely consequences.

It has assets now with a note due to PSRU for $500k. Sumer Technologies clearly wanted to go public with the launch of ZUMR ride sharing app. PSRU had a large stake in Sumer before the asset was sent to BELR. The share structure is represented in the $5,00 bid and $175.00 ask.

True, however, with no income from licensing, royalties or revenues, the company has to raise capital for necessary expenses from somewhere.
